There was a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and consistently great coffee. They even wrote a sweet message on my drink, which made my day!

I am so glad I came here for coffee. I had an issue with my coffee at one point and they fixed it right away. The employees who work here are nice and polite not just to customers but to each other.

Monday morning - no drive through, but it was VERY busy but their staff was killin it. Elliot helped us at the counter, while pouring coffee and preparing the orders for food. We waited maybe 5 mins and I was impressed with how they worked because there were so many drink and togo orders. Great job 👏🏽

I know it’s my fault I keep going here (closest to my house) but they have made my drink wrong the past 3 or 4 times. It’s just a Carmel crunch frappe extra crunchies. Nothing crazy. They didn’t add any ice and no crunchies at all this time. Even if it was a new guy that made it, ice is literally 1 of 2 things you should knows goes in a frappe. Thankfully, another Starbucks made it the right way. Don’t bother going to this Starbucks.

This is the best of the locations in Mt Pleasant by far! They're prompt, courteous and its a nice place. I order ahead and its always ready when I arrive.

They were really busy when I was there and everybody was really friendly and they got me right out three nice people at the time

I came into Starbucks this morning to buy coffee and a Cheese Danish Susie Served My Friend and I and was very RUDE and DISTASTEFUL about how she served me. I was asking questions and also trying to split the payment was very disrespectful when I was ordering & I forgot to order my cheese danish. Asked me “ Well What were you trying to ask me ? & made a face at me” I don’t think this Old Woman should be working for A Starbucks Establishment if she’s not going to be kind & courteous to EVERYONE. My coworker also noticed how short she was being with me.

I called after for a Follow Up and Elliot was very nice & apologetic on Susie’ss behalf of being rude and disrespectful.

The employees did a very good job taking care of a situation in which someone left their bank card in the reader. Starbucks needs to learn to quit using so much ice in their drinks. It is beyond excessive.
