How much more should I pay to get a straw with my 55 gallon dragon drink?
Just tell me how much it will take and I’ll pay it.
I’ll pay for a paper straw. Just put it on the bill.

Everyday my coffee comes like this. I don’t mind spending over $8 for a coffee but it comes like this everyday. 1/4 is empty and I know it’s cause they shake it and there’s foam but it should come full:

I've been getting my same Starbucks order of a frappe for 14 years and today Juliet made it the absolute best! She deserves an award for the best frappe maker ever! She made it exactly how I like it with 8 pumps of hazelnut! Not to mention the team of baristas working today when I came throughthe drive thru, Feb 22,2025 at 5pm were all so very kind and filled with positive energy! Thank you so much Juliet and crew!

Unfortunately the people who work here have no idea what they are doing. They mentioned running an item out to the car while it sat on the counter for 15 minutes. And zero accountability.

Someone tell the Hispanic new guy on Sundays to CALL out names. I waited 20 minutes for tea. He didn’t call my name and I asked for my order twice infront of him. We can’t see names with a crowd around the counter.

Had a large mobile order placed online, when I went to go pick it up they didn’t have any drink carriers. I asked for 2 drink carriers and one of the baristas said “we only have double drink holders” and walked away without helping us. I carried all of the drinks by hand out to my car and they didn’t bother to put drink covers over the cups so I burned my thumb when carrying them. Terrible service, won’t catch me going to this Starbucks ever again.

This starbucks lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive thru. The wait was 30 minutes at 12:30. They were out of everything. They messed up my drink. All I ordered was a Grande Sugar Cookie Frappe with no wip. The drink was disgusting. I dont even know how they could make this drink wrong. I have experience with starbucks i used to work at one and I have never tasted something so gross. On top of this i got a broken straw. 1 star review well deserved.

We were in drive through for 10 minutes long line Then 25 inside. We Went in to order were told only one espresso machine so okay. Also told our order would be in line. But our order was clearly not in order. We saw the drive through clear out. As we waited and then one ticket did not print! So more waiting.
