This Starbucks had great food and atmosphere but most of all service, shoutout to Jennifer who was so helpful and made sure we had every thing we needed. overall this was a great Starbucks. I highly recommend!

Drive through is sucks
The people here are always nice, 99.9 percent of the time, even when they’re slammed and customers are testy with them they generally always keep a great attitude and it’s very commendable. They bother to remember your name and somehow have the enthusiasm to be excited to see you even on an obviously tough day. Or at least appear to XD that’s really hard to do sometimes so I know how much effort they’re putting in to give you a smile no matter what. It goes a very long way in keeping me coming back. Mount Pleasant in general used to always be like that but now lately smiles are rarer. Catches me off guard sometimes with how sweet and polite they are lmao but I love it.
I had only one negative experience here and it was years ago around Covid, and it’s honestly not worth repeating because of the rarity. Love the staff, love the coffee.

Everyday my coffee comes like this. I don’t mind spending over $8 for a coffee but it comes like this everyday. 1/4 is empty and I know it’s cause they shake it and there’s foam but it should come full:

Professional service and enjoying working remotely for the morning. Large cup of coffee. I only gave 4 stars on atmosphere since the bathroom was not well maintained. Otherwise good experience.

I've been getting my same Starbucks order of a frappe for 14 years and today Juliet made it the absolute best! She deserves an award for the best frappe maker ever! She made it exactly how I like it with 8 pumps of hazelnut! Not to mention the team of baristas working today when I came throughthe drive thru, Feb 22,2025 at 5pm were all so very kind and filled with positive energy! Thank you so much Juliet and crew!

Unfortunately the people who work here have no idea what they are doing. They mentioned running an item out to the car while it sat on the counter for 15 minutes. And zero accountability.
Someone tell the Hispanic new guy on Sundays to CALL out names. I waited 20 minutes for tea. He didn’t call my name and I asked for my order twice infront of him. We can’t see names with a crowd around the counter.
