I wouldn’t call myself a Starbucks regular, but when I decide to treat my family, this is always the location I choose. I honestly love Starbucks but as religious person I don’t appreciate having “hell” written on my Starbucks cup. It does look like it could have been “hello” but I mean come on if u mess up just throw the cup away but to just serve it anyways ? I really hope you guys can fix this matter I said something to the barista but he seemed too busy to kinda like care so idk man not tryna be a Karen but this is kinda messed up

Love the coffee, and the service is is friendly and efficient. Maybe a little too friendly unless you are a regular, they tend to chat it up and slow down the line. No problem if you aren't in a hurry. If you are, recommend you order ahead. The concrete floors are not inviting, dont help the acoustics at all and generally create an atmosphere similar to eating in a warehouse.

Been coming for 25 years and new male afternoon manager needs anger management. Coffee was bitter so I asked for a thimble size of milk and he said it was $4.00
The food is always prepared well and quickly and the staff is nice. It's amazing to see how they remember who you are once you come a few times. I love the variety of seating available. There are tables for two, four, and larger tables. There are also single seats in lounge chairs. The one area to improve would be the atmosphere as it often gets taken over by students from the nearby middle school in the afternoons. I get it, kids are customers too but boy can they be loud. :)

drink came out bad because she didn’t know what’s she was doing but she said that the drink is extra slushy because of the extra shot that I wanted to add in the drink and not taking the accountable that she sucks at her job.
She asked her trainer who is on his first day if she did her job right. Are you kidding ?
