Nelson was so kind and helpful. My body doesn't react well to coffee so I was hoping to grab an iced energy, unaware that they don't make them anymore. He was so patient with me and was able to offer a plethora of other options. This was a much needed kindness on a rather difficult morning, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. This Starbucks has really gotten it together in the last month or so. Used to be a constant disappointment going here but the training must have really improved things. Service and drinks have been great!
I do not like Sb's because they politicize so much. I don't need or care to know their beliefs. I support the people working at the H/T . Madison, today, with her smile and friendly demeanor was a real gem.I support her and her coworkers, not Sb's..Regular Joe was quite good..
