Me and my friends walk inside get our drinks and sit down. Immediately after sitting down a worker comes up to us makes us move seats because the last time we were here we made a mess. None of my friends have ever been to this location. Workers are cursing out loud in front of kids.

Went through the drive-thru, took a moment before someone came over the speaker to take my order. Line was moving slow and when I got to the window, the 3 employees in there were hustling…I looked in my side view mirror and there was about 5 cars behind me. The young man who came to the window thanked me for my patience and gave me my drink on the house. I was appreciative of his kind gesture.

Wayne is literally the best! I am rarely near this Starbucks but every single time that I have come he truly brightens my day! Going to start making a special trip to this location just because of how great they are.

The service at this location is the worst! Not even busy this morning, and they still can’t coordinate service. And claim it’s because they are ‘really busy.’ That’s a joke since I’ve been here multiple days when it was busy. Today was not. SBUX is getting too arrogant for their own good. Probably time to fine a better alternative.

The staff here is great, friendly, and super busy; but everything else is not so great. The parking lot is a total crap-show but nothing they can do about that. The bathrooms are typically pretty dirty, being such a busy location it's no surprise. The really bad part about this place is it's always blistering loud, way worse than ANY other location. It's like they crank up the music to drown out the noise, so everyone talks even louder and are borderline yelling at each other for conversation. They do have a quiet work room in the back, but with only 1 power outlet, it's kind of useless for any more than 2 people.

It took forever to get our drinks. They had them made but didn’t care to pass them out to drive through window. Couple guys went by the window completely ignoring us. Just frustrating.

Terrible customer service at this location. Going through the drive-through twice. The first time the guy was upset that we had placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving and told us to place the order earlier or just order through the drive through the next time. He was very rude. This morning they made the new pecan crunch latte without the cold foam and I asked if it was supposed to have it and the girl said “I don’t know, you’d have to hand it back to me because I didn’t make your drink.” She said it with an attitude when I was just asking a question. I used to work at Starbucks so I get trying to keep drive times down but this location definitely does not “make the moment right”. If you don’t like interacting with people then a customer service job is not right for you. I totally get how stressful working there can be and never get upset about wait times or mistakes, been there and suffered through those as barista and shift supervisor, but being rude to customers who haven’t been rude or impatient with you is extremely disappointing.
