Went through the drive-thru, took a moment before someone came over the speaker to take my order. Line was moving slow and when I got to the window, the 3 employees in there were hustling…I looked in my side view mirror and there was about 5 cars behind me. The young man who came to the window thanked me for my patience and gave me my drink on the house. I was appreciative of his kind gesture.
Wayne is literally the best! I am rarely near this Starbucks but every single time that I have come he truly brightens my day! Going to start making a special trip to this location just because of how great they are.
The staff here is great, friendly, and super busy; but everything else is not so great. The parking lot is a total crap-show but nothing they can do about that. The bathrooms are typically pretty dirty, being such a busy location it's no surprise. The really bad part about this place is it's always blistering loud, way worse than ANY other location. It's like they crank up the music to drown out the noise, so everyone talks even louder and are borderline yelling...
