I ride over to this location when I’m not on the road for work. The coffee is nice and the workers are friendly and efficient. They almost remember my order whenever I come in so that’s always fun. Great place to read or get work done while not being too hectic.

I’m honestly so disappointed. This is the fifth time in a row that my order has been completely wrong. I ordered a matcha latte with 5 pumps of classic syrup and sweet vanilla cold foam — yet it was barely sweet, full of clumps of unmixed matcha powder, and had way too much milk. If I wanted to pay for a cup of milk, I’d just go to the grocery store.
On top of that, the “cold foam” was basically liquid. It’s called foam for a reason! This location clearly needs better training or more attention to detail.
To make matters worse, I also ordered a bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich — and all I got was bread, egg, and some melted cheese. No bacon at all. That is not what I paid for!
As paying customers, we deserve to have our orders made correctly. Just follow the recipes and steps Starbucks already provides — it really shouldn’t be this hard to get a consistent drink or sandwich. Something has to change at this location.

Everything was ok except when (tea-vana) teas are made for customers the same 190 degree water is used for standard coffee as is tea. This in effect burns the tea flavors rendering each drink bitter. I’m writing this so hopefully it will be checked on otherwise I like the Starbucks. It’s not just an issue of burning myself even after waiting but also a taste issue at this point. When brewing teas you should use water that is 170 degrees Fahrenheit rather than the 190 Fahrenheit water you would use for espresso or else you’ll burn every single one. Thank you.

We stopped by this Starbucks and had a really great experience. The drinks were perfectly made, and the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—which always makes such a difference.
The store itself was super clean and had a calm, cozy vibe. Whether you’re popping in for a quick caffeine fix or planning to sit and relax for a bit, it’s a great spot to unwind. Our drinks came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh and just right.
The restrooms were also clean, which is always appreciated while out and about. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stop—we’d definitely come back again!

New management and service goes down hill. All the quality people that worked here have left the company or moved to another store. This location has gone down hill. 15 min in a drive thru is ridiculous. Leaders needs to figure it out and become more efficient.
