I hate to write a bad review since I come here over 4 times a week for the last 20 years. If I get Caleb W. Service is OUTSTANDING !!!! I WILL ONLY SIT IN CALEB W 's SECTION.. as you will realize. Our service with Kyle R. was.... BEYOND AWFUL. Did not take order properly, did not check on our orders when arrived to table. No offer of refill of drinks. In the middle of my order Kyle took my PLATE away like I was scolded for him screwing up my order...waited another 30 minutes.... with the plate I could have had... How embarrassing shoveling food down...then paying full price.... WOW ! I waited 30 minutes for my order to be corrected then served a rushed order and Kyle R. could care less about it all . The personality of the manager really made it for us, from the moment we walked in the door. He was extremely friendly outgoing and personable which is something so many places are missing these days !The food was amazing as well. Personally I’m not a fan of pizza sauce so we opted for some different pizzas which turned out amazing. The garlic butter is to die for. We had to take some home. I’m not sure if the bread bites or the ultimate white pizza was my favorite. But the boys loved the original zeppoli which had raspberry. I personally didn’t like them but I’m not a fan of icing. We definitely will be back

I had worked with one of the managers (Jeff I believe) who helped me place an order of 30 pizzas for a friday night pickup for an event, some of them being gluten/dairy free as well! All of the pizzas were delicious, fresh and hot! They were super helpful and made pickup easy and smooth! We will 10/10 be returning here for future events, steel city is great!!
Grabbed dinner tonight here for the first time and the service was great. Got everything very quickly and the food was good! Brooke was very attentive, I’ll definitely request her next time I come in!
