Went to subway today no customers inside, server was sitting at table with drink only to tell me pick up only, I said what ? Pick up only I am too busy!

Yesterday around 3:00 I placed an order online, and I show up when it says it’ll be ready. I’m told by an employee sitting in her car in the parking lot (while on her cell phone)that there is no bread, so she couldn’t give me my order. Ok I guess understandable(still I’ve received no refund). Today I show up, and it is hotter then He’ll, and they’ve got bread, but I go to order after reviewing menu(while listening to two girls loudly complaining about all their personal business)only to be rudely informed the woman is literally closing at 2:00!?! This place needs a franchise owner who can hire workers who are more dependable, more professional, and that have any idea how to perform a food count! So if you go here best of luck, but I never will again!

See what i wrote a week ago!I'm so disappointed by today. I arrived a few minutes before opening so I waited in my car until 3 minutes after 11am. As i was walking to door a woman got out of passenger door of running car parked by door and went in with me,, she was the staff. My sandwiches had hardly any meat. The bread was short and she used old lettuce. If I had said anything to her I would be a Karen so I'm saying it here. Last visit was so much better. I had given it all 5 stars

I was greeted upon entry, handled professionally and kindly. The service was reasonably quick and the two staff had a good system going for orders. I really enjoyed my sandwich. I was relieved because I had stopped going to this Subway a couple years ago because the food and service had been bad, but not this time. Maybe they changed owners or something or maybe o just got lucky coming when I did. I will try them again. Subway used to be my 'go to' until the prices started skyrocketing (remember 5 dollar footlong)
