If you’re a Christian, I recommend you read the pamphlet at the cash register and think twice about getting your coffee from here.

Good ambiance but wish they would not promote political topics such as transgender activism on their pamphlets at the cash register.

Coffee was just warm also too expensive for coffee from a push top mug

I got a sugar free vanilla almond milk latte and it was very good! I just wish they had more sugar free options!

I always look forward to visiting Summit on Long Point! As a type one diabetic who also loves a fun tasty coffee it can be hard to find shops that will accommodate. Summit has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel what I am consuming is safe as a diabetic and equally as yummy! The staff is always so kind and welcoming and makes me look forward to coming back again and again! PS the pastries are DELISH

Best lavender latte I've ever had. Syrups are homemade and taste better than the typical Monin stuff.

Today I stopped in to grab an iced vanilla latte. The woman taking my order was very nice and my drink was ready quite quickly. However, when I got home and took the first sip of my drink I immediately spit it out - it tasted like vinegar. I thought maybe it needed stirring so I stirred it and took another sip and Yuck! Completely undrinkable. I don’t know if the skim milk was sour or what was wrong but it was bad. My first experience at this coffee was fine but today was not.

Lived in Asheville for a few years and enjoyed Summit when it (sadly) previously existed in the River Arts District. Huge fan of their coffee, baristas and general vibe

The staff and coffee is amazing always! The space always so clean making it comfortable for studying in the cafe. I stop by frequently and my lattes come out fast and the all the baristas make them great. However as a regular I am horrified at the hiring of the new store manager, Allan.

He is rude and disrespectful towards the baristas that are all hardworking and friendly. I’ve witnessed him yell at a young-lady employee about coffee beans while waiting for my drink. Many times I sit outside, and I have witnessed his aggressive movements towards workers as well. This was scary as customer; I can only imagine what the workers have to deal with if he feels comfortable yelling at them.

The previous manger Salam was wonderful and always made my drinks perfect while connecting with me. I’m so disappointed by who the company chooses to put in her place. Leadership should not be making the atmosphere overwhelming for workers by scaring them. All of this is truly is reflecting even towards me as a customer. His yelling and aggressive moments has made me no longer come in while he working. Verbal abuse should never be tolerated, I hope these baristas receive a better manger.

Went with my girlfriend and they charged the card twice. The first time no tip popped up, so cashier said it didn’t go through then ran it a second time so the tip screen showed up. We went back in after getting to car and realizing we were charged twice. Cashier claimed they couldn’t refund us, couldn’t speak to a manager , couldn’t give a gift card with that amount. Left us a fake phone number and email for the manager. I would suggest Everyone stay away from here.

The older bald man who took my order for an iced oatmilk latte served it to me hot, and when I told him I had actually asked for it iced, he made me an iced coffee with oatmilk? He then told one of the other workers to make the drink and walked away. Not too sure who trained him but he is clearly unknowledgeable in the art of coffee. Location was nice, will try again another time.
