Regular Spot, met one of the new managers last week a young guy with glasses. I'm used to getting ignored here for a few minutes but my visits over the last week have seemed much more professional and fast than this place is known for

Person at the register insisted that I use the kiosk to order. The double stack taco is available on the menu on the board but not available on the kiosk. I just wanted a few double deckers but left empty handed

The staff always seems so confused here and I'm pretty sure they said screw it on the most expensive item on my tab (caliente chicken quesadilla) none of the side items like the guacamole or sour cream either , what did I pay for exactly then
Food was very good but it took far longer than usual to get.....worth it to get a good meal but 10 minutes in a drive through after a mobile order is a bit excessive.

I have never liked taco bell but this was an amazing experience! My mother had to use the restroom and there was no soap the staff immediately fixed it! the only bad thing was the paper straws absolutely hate paper straws maybe keep paper straws for the vegans or whatever and have plastic straws for the people who want a pleasant drinking experience. Loved it!

still shocked that a restaurant like this is still working. ok stuff trying their best but dirty all over the place, sticky tables, waste on the ground and a rotten smell all over the place. Do not touch anything there ! The worst thing is really the smell.

Do not ever eat from this place. Place is very dirty, food is unhygienic and employees are so rude and don’t do anything properly. This place should be shut down by the Food Inspection Department so people don’t get sick.
