A very rude team. From ordering to having to get your incorrect order fixed. I’m sure they’ll be happy to hear I will not return to this particular Taco Bell. Horrible customer service

Order was completely wrong. Forgot a burrito. Double charged us for a drink. And the portion sizes for the cost were ridiculous. A chips and cheese is $2.60 and when we got home the cheese was essentially empty. Would steer clear of this Taco Bell.

This lady was actually the rudest I have ever seen to a customer. I am actually so nonchalant but they didn’t have the tacos on the iPad thing. It is on the regular menu but not on the iPad. so it goes by she tells me pay with cash so I’m sitting at the Kiosk with my card out and the proceeds to get onto to me about not paying and how it’s all my fault and not hers. she actually was like tryna get in an argument with me about it in front of me. I hope she sees this too. I never write a review but I had to with this rude service it was actually insane.

We feel bad for the staff. They were out of all sauces, they were out of all Pepsi products, all diet sodas, all teas. We ordered at the kiosk, so we didn’t know until we went to pick up our food, and there was no tea. There was no sauce. We couldn’t get any diet drinks, we couldn’t get our tea. Staff didn’t really seem to care about it, but I feel like they must get yelled at constantly. Management here sucks. In all the time we’ve been going to a Taco Bell, we’ve never been to one that was out of these things. Never.

Mobile ordered, waited 20 minutes at drive thru (closed) without an answer on intercom waited inside for another 50 minutes as I watched the entire lobby walk in and order and get their food before me until the store was almost empty

I walked in to order my meal. There were six people behind the bar. One girl came up and said, would you like me to help you. But the girl behind her said no, you need to order on the kiosk. And I said, there are six humans here, but you want me to order on the kiosk. And she said yes, you must. So, is this where we are??? Where you can have no human connection and human service anymore???
