Walked in, walked out. Understaffed. Only 3 employees in view. All their attention was targeted at drive thru customers. Could not make eye contact with any of them after waiting 3-4 minutes. Noted windows in dining area were extremely dirty and greasy. A maintenance cost reduction strategy?

One of the WORST Taco Bell restaurants I’ve experienced. It was 10:00pm with only a few cars but we waited 30 minutes (Unfortunately I was blocked in). I placed (2) orders OF THE EXACT SAME THING-#1 with a sides of pintos/cheese, the guy taking orders couldn’t even get it right…kept repeating #2. There were 6 tacos but I only got 3 packs of hot sauce. No flatware, no napkins. THIS is why IRRESPONSIBLE teenagers should never be hired to work without a competent manager.

I love Taco Bell but what the heck. I pull up and she tells me they are only taking mobile orders and now I have to get to the back of the line since downloading the app takes too long. I’m done with this particular Taco Bell. Never staffed. Owner has given up. Just close it.
