If you had any food allergies you can forget it! My mom and I are gluten free and I am also dairy free but that is easily accommodated at seafood restaurants except for this place. Even their grilled chicken and peel and eat shrimp had gluten in them somehow. The server was also rude and kind of acted annoyed by our allergies instead of trying to work with us! Definitely won’t return or recommend

Bad parking. Delayed (25 min) seating despite reservations. Very loud bar area. Food was good and so was the service despite how busy they were. It was a Saturday night early March after a beautiful day, so not sure how much that played into how busy it was.

I usually enjoy dining at Tavern & Table. My recent experience was horrible! While awaiting the hostess for over 5 minutes, I was ignored and overlooked. Someone entering door assisted before me. Then when I received the steak salad that I ordered, I received the pictured raw, dry and flavorless meat. I took it home for my dogs. Do not order the steak salad, it is horrible! #RemoveAlpoSaladFromMenu

Ordered the blackened chicken Caesar salad and the Dynamite shrimp. The chicken did not look blackened, however it was delicious and juicy. Not sure why it wasn’t blackened. The Dynamite shrimp was very good. The surrounding were nice with waterfront seating. Service was average which was a little disappointing due to a slow afternoon crowd.
So beautiful and such a great vibe for a girls night out! We each got a different delicious food and they all came out beautifully and fast! Our waiter was also very kind and very joyful!

Always a great place to bring out of town guests. The food is very good as well as the service. To have a view of Shem Creek is an added bonus if you are lucky to be near a window.

First time, and we will definitely go back. It has a great vibe. The flatbread and beet salad was amazing. My friend did have a problem with his old fashioned. The bartender couldn't get it right. My bottle of wine was nice.

Neat restaurant along the water. Service was fantastic. Beautiful interior, but it’s very loud inside. The food was decent, but also wasn’t amazing. The pretzel appetizer was great though. I’d go back if friends wanted to meet up there, but I don’t know that I’d go out of my way to go back otherwise.
