Super disappointed. No cups available, the topping counter was dirty, most containers were empty. About 60% of the yogurt didn't work, won't be back until it's cleaned up.

This place is extremely dirty. The floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Especially the birthday room. Bathroom was overflowing with trash. Hand sanitizer was empty. Staff was friendly, but I will not be back until this place is cleaner. The health department should be notified.

Took my toddler here after school for frozen yogurt. Upon walking in, was hit in the face with a horrible smell of sewer water and sour milk. The store was not clean, toppings bar messy and not stocked, soft serve all over the serving stations.. will not be back.

It’s such a shame that this place can’t get it together because it’s so convenient and my kids love it. BUT geez. CLEAN!! It’s the filthiest place every single time we go. It always smells like sewage, as well. It’s truly very gross.

So unclean. The bathrooms had feces and filth everywhere, and looked like they had been that way for several days. Walls and floors were disgusting too, and have clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Won't return

Yogurt is good and the toppings but half of the flavors are missing, worker was on their phone the entire time including check out, and the topping bar was honestly just messy. Having worked on multiple ice cream shops, the place should’ve been way cleaner and better costumer interaction.

Took my niece to get froyo at the Belle Hall location , the ac was out. Although they had portables it didn’t seem to be working. It was hotter then outside , toppings are melted.I couldn’t imagine having to work with no AC. The sweet manager is working is the awful heat.The owner/management should have it shut down until they can have their employees working in a safe space!

The employee was great! On another note... the store had no air conditioning. The chocolate ingredients were completely melted. The door was open and bugs were everywhere. The employee was trying their best to keep everything fresh. Shame on the owners who would keep this store open without air conditioning and then coerce the young employee to work where it was at least 90 degrees. What kind of revenue do you think you'll make in that situation. Is it really worth it to keep it open while the AC is getting fixed in a couple of days. For Shame!

When I visit Charleston I always take my grandsons here they love to go for all the top toppings that they can get for their ice cream. But I walk in to order and the young man is on his phone and whatever was on his phone was certainly more important than waiting on us.

No sure about everyone else's experience here, but I've been bringing my kids here for a few years. The staff used to be very friendly and the store was clean. The ice cream is always delicious, but recently the staff has been apathetic and the tables and floor filthy. The guy behind the counter seems to leave every day about 4 pm for 10 minutes, which is a pretty popular time to get kids ice cream. Today he actually got into a minor altercation with a customer while we were in the store. Hope the staffing improves.
