As other viewers remind you, this is the food spot inside of Mt. Pleasant's Whole Foods. I've been here twice for lunch and both times had a bun less burger with saute'd veggies of the day. A very delicious, satisfying meal that doesn't make you feel like you've broken the health/calorie bank yet did not compromise on taste. Hoping the West Ashely Whole Foods has the same amenities.

To be clear, this is the restaurant inside Whole Foods at Houston Northcutt. That being said, this place is awesome. Yes, Whole Foods has the hot bar, pizza, sushi place, etc but this is a full service counter inside. I would normally have been skeptical about eating at the counter thinking it would just be the same food as the hot bar but heated up and served to me. Totally not the case. They've got a full menu and offer daily specials. You can also order the pizza which is attached to the counter too. I haven't been disappointed yet and one time I decided to stop for dinner and they had a surf and turf special. You heard right! A nice piece of steak and a couple shrimp with a side of mixed vegetables and it was like twelve bucks or something. Keep an eye out because that was the deal of the century. I would be here more often if I only remembered it was there when I'm thinking of what to do for lunch or dinner. Hopefully that will be the case!

Nice sit down counter/bar inside Whole Foods. Order off the menu, enjoy a tap beer! Menu options include different seafoods like shrimp scampi, seared salmon, shrimp Po'boy. They have bowls (healthy salads, etc), sandwiches, and then about 5 different burgers. Or you can order a pizza slice from there pizza side and enjoy it there. We did have a pizza slice, but noticed they had an ample beer selection on tap, and we wanted to check them out. The server/cook working there was really friendly, and engaging. That made it feel more than a grocery store. So thanks for the good service. If I worked over on this side of MtP I would definitely stop by here like once a week and order. And if hungry or thirsty for a beer, this hits the spot.
