Our first time visiting and our last. For one, they had a closed sign on the door at 2:30 in the afternoon with people inside eating, then as we were about to leave, the girl came and put the open sign up.
We went inside with a sign up saying they were out of Mason Jars. The girl proceeded to tell us when we ordered which was fine, but what was not fine is we were charged full price only to receive a really melted shake and nothing like the menu described.
Will definitely not be back and don't recommend.

This place is okay.
I tried their most simply ice cream, strawberry and it last like food coloring ice cream with some frozen chunks of strawberries, for the price I paid, I can get better tasting ice cream from the grocery store.
The guy taking our order was very snobby and perky at the same time. We asked some questions and it was an ego snappy reply. His nails were so dirty like he was doing car work, it's very unsightly.
There were some young workers who didn't have anything to do, and decide to snap towels at each other.
The tables were not clean. They should have had the extra worker who was snapping towels to be on the floor to clean the tables.
Not worth coming back for me.

A Night Ruined: Horrible Service at Crazy Mansions

Tonight was meant to be an incredibly special night for my family. It was my nephew’s first chorus concert, and my elderly parents, whom I rarely get to see, were in attendance to celebrate. After the concert, my nephew specifically requested a sweet treat from Crazy Mansions, a place we had high hopes for. We arrived at exactly 8 PM, ready to enjoy some dessert and quality family time.

But what happened next was an absolute disaster. Upon entering, there were two workers behind the counter. Despite there being only three or four people ahead of us and a couple of tables waiting for their orders, we received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no indication that it might be a bit of a wait. We stood there for twenty minutes, watching the workers move slower than molasses, as if they were in a daze. No orders were taken, and no one seemed to be getting served.

It was as if we were invisible. No effort was made to communicate with us or the other customers, and it became painfully clear that Crazy Mansions could care less about the people who walked through their doors. The lack of basic customer service was appalling.

After wasting twenty minutes of our evening, we walked out, along with at least 20 other people. This wasn’t just a missed order—it was a complete failure of service. The night was ruined for my family, especially for my elderly parents who were looking forward to spending rare, quality time together after the concert. We had planned to enjoy a sweet treat and make some memories, but instead, we left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Crazy Mansions clearly doesn’t care about customers who arrive within an hour of closing, nor do they seem to care about communicating with them. The entire experience was an utter shame and a huge letdown. We will never be returning, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this place at all costs.

Hands down one of the best ice cream shops I’ve been to… great quantity and quality for the price.

Honestly the ice cream was good. The cleanliness was not. All of the tables were coated in ice cream and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned the whole entire day. We went the first time earlier in the day and the tables were clean, the sinks were not. We went a second time later in the day and that’s when the tables weren’t clean. I had to put paper towels down to lay my keys on the table. The sinks smelt awful. There was ice cream all over the faucet handles. The people were nice and the ice cream was okay, but for the price and cleanliness I wouldn’t go back.

Not clean. Looks like a disaster behind the counter. I assume there is a method to the madness. But it feels uncoordinated and just not a fantastic experience. The milkshake was okay not worth the $18. And not sure who the manager would have been. There was no clean leadership and if supplies all over the floor and ice cream in the workers hair is method to the madness, interesting. I have been to other locations and didn’t have this experience.

Neat idea. Some games in the front room and lots of space. Lost stars because they leave containers to all add ons opened and everything becomes stale and flies buzz all around the sweets.

Family and I went to Crazy Mason while on vacation.

The desserts are definitely crazy.

Super sugary so you probably can't finish your jar but we'll worth a visit.

Plus you get a mason jar to take home.

Giving three stars for our ice cream being nearly melted and not together. Also, the place smelled really bad & the young man working looked high as a kite and not with it. This was definitely a ONE time visit. We won’t be going back. Yes the mason jar is really cool and the presentation is fantastic for pics but once we started to dig in the ice cream it was melted and no We did not wait to eat it. Just didn’t seem worth $35 for all the hype. This is just my honest opinion.
