Food was good, service was great, two women worked very hard to keep us warm. No heat, no one else in the restaurant, we had to wear our coats and to pay for food when it was less than pleasant on a chilly night was ridiculous. They should have shut the restaurant down and called us. It was so cold that our butter for the lobster solidified quickly.

This place is a disaster now. Shame it used to be good. It took 30 minutes of going back and forth ordering things and then coming back to say they didn’t have it. Keep in mind this was at 6 pm, the beginning of dinner service. Almost every single dish came out burnt. Nothing tasted good. Everyone’s food came at different times, some well after everyone else was done eating. Service forgot to ring multiple orders.

Great food but truly awful service. Waitress didnt get orders for half our party and had to be reminded by manager to come back and check on us. Rolled eyes at our questions and walked away and laughed when she brought out the wrong order without offering a solution. Willl not be going back.

Not sure I have ever given a one star review, but this felt necessary. Had a fabulous experience here 3 years ago, but tonight wish we had adhered to our niece’s suggestion of Taco Bell for dinner. The empty dining room should have been our first clue. The peeling ceiling, propane tanks and extension cords in the dining room, and random food container in the window seal should have been our second clue. Food was mediocre, undercooked, or over-cooked. Only reason we considered leaving two stars was the good laugh we all had on the ride home. Leaving a review in hopes positive changes can be made!

We came the day after Christmas and Bryson and Julia gave us excellent service. Glute free fried shrimp and Bang Bang shrimp were excellent. Highly recommend .

Picked this to try after reading the good reviews and it seemed like we were in a totally diff place. Food was really bad, as was the atmosphere. Had really nice server though. In lieu of a bread service (which they don’t have), they bring a plate of pork rinds with pimento cheese - not joking.

Hesitant to write a review simply because the service was good. We were the only people in the building but for my husband, myself and our toddler it was over $70. Every part of our meal was TERRIBLE but with us being the only people there we felt awkward saying anything especially because the staff was very friendly. I do feel like there are better places to spend your money because $70 was very expensive for a burger, a chicken sandwich and kids chicken nuggets. It was ALL so burnt and over cooked we are leaving hungry and feeling ripped off.

Me and my friends had a great time this past weekend at Mill Street Tavern. Management went above and beyond for us. We will be back.

Just had appetizer and glass of wine. Crab/corn fritters were burned and hard. The place was so cold it was hard to relax. They did take the appetizer off the bill.

Mill Street Tavern is a great place for gluten free people as well as for the ambiance for anyone. We had an amazing night here on the upstairs patio with views of the sunset and creek. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the staff was exceptional, especially Lisa! Highly recommend!
