It was just not good. The menu looked great but the actual food fell so short. No flavor, heavy on sauces to mask the lack of culinary expertise. The place was empty and I know why. This is the Charleston area and there are hundreds of great restaurants around. This is not one of them. The chef clearly lacks any experience. The She Crab soup was awful, it was a chowder and not at all what it should be. The Caesar salad had brown wilted lettuce. The fish was flavorless. I had to ask for salt which I never do. The cake was dry and not homemade. Just not good food at all. I wish it were better. Don’t go.

Was so looking forward to this reservation but left a bit disappointed. Service was pretty good, but the food was just okay. It was good, just not outstanding. The table was beautifully set but the wall our table was pushed up against had food splatters all over it. Overall not an impressive evening.

Lobster Deviled Eggs and the Seafood Platter were delicious we'll be back!!! My dining companions had the Scallops, Mussels and the Salad Entree ... all were fabulous I can't wait to try more plus don't let 'salad' fool you that was an amazing seafood delight!

The food was some of the best I have ever had. We did fish of the day, the whole fish platter, & the seafood platter. All were excellent. The restaurant looks as if it is a repurposed gas station. Atmosphere is the weakest link, but still nicely done. All is irrelevant! The food & staff shine through. If in the area, GO!!
