Don’t go to this Tropical Smoothie, this used to be one of my favorite places to get a smoothie. This was awhile ago, I ordered a sunrise sunset, it looked very good but once I tried to have a sip it was frozen and I tried to drink it later of course it was frozen. I’m not sure if they hired some new people because this smoothie place used to be really good. As a loyal customer here in the past, I won’t be going here at all. The cashier was nice , but whoever is making the smoothies they should ether be fired or get training. I get it, that people got to make a living. I for one like never complain unless it’s very disappointing. This smoothie place is going downhill fast. I feel bad for the customers , especially the ones having a smoothie here. If anyone wants their smoothie frozen then go right ahead. I hope this makes a huge difference for this smoothie for the future. I know I didn’t ask for another smoothie as a replacement because I had a bad feeling that it would be frozen also.

As a doordasher after checking the pick up area and asking the employees multiple times for my customers order I was finally able to get 15 minutes after it should have been. The staff seemed very disorganized.

I think this is the right location we stopped in on the way back to n Myrtle beach , the music was so loud we had a hard time ordering, I am 62 , the music wasn’t appealing to customers, it should be easy listening, no rap no , hard rock , no culture targeted music , we had to leave after ordering because it was not bearable to enjoy the smoothies there young people shouldn’t be in charge have a set. Music and leave it alone , this unit was on Hwy 17 in a shopping center with a Mc Donald’s facing 17 , I have to go to MUSC to drs , please change the music and turn it down I will not shout to place an order I will walk out

I'm a regular customer at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I love the one by the Tanger Outlet.....always perfection on food, customer service, and smoothies. Yet, because of me rushing for work, I always come to this one. I've been disappointed with the smoothies and food each time. I keep going back because I hope a different worker is better than the one before. Today, I ordered my usual, a hummus veggie wrap and mango magic smoothie with Xtra mangoes and sweetener. It seems as if I pay for the Xtra, but NEVER gets it with my smoothie. My hummus veggie, the rice was raw, and it looked like it was already fixed and refrigerated....it was a mess and sloppy. VERY DISAPPOINTED ? now I'm at work with NO lunch

Quality and taste of smoothies or food is inconsistent, one day it tastes good and the next day it’s not. They seem to have a high staff turnover.

We typically stop EVERY week before practice and about 1 out of 3 times the cheese Quesadilla, actually has cheese to where it should be a “normal” cheese quesadilla. We have to order Extra cheese every time so it’s not a burnt tortilla that is hard like cardboard. But yet again, just paid an extra 1.50 for extra cheese and this is what you get. Ridiculous! Let me add, we don’t take the side so TS saves on food cost while charging an extra $1.50 for nothing!

First time ordering. The wrap was okay but very forgettable. The Asian salad was sad... Out of a bag and very little dressing. Not worth the $$. They have an issue with their exhaust. You will smell like food if you eat in the dining room.
