Went in yesterday around 3:20ish to get a smoothie and this is what I received.. it was so chunky I couldn’t even take a sip im not sure if they put a lot of ice but it wasn’t drinkable at all I had to wait for it to melt and the the service every time I come to this location I’m always wait 20min+

Awesome food spot. This is a go-to for after jobs in the summer. Great smoothies and they come out with new ones often. Highly recommend!

I ordered via the mobile app and had the order delivered to my work. Get the order and no smoothie. Asked the driver if there was one and he stated there wasn’t a smoothie where the orders are placed. Tried calling and phone just rung. I am disputing this charge

One employee outside smoking, one employee making "smoothies". The guy, Alex inside never said one word to us. His hat was so low we never even saw his eyes or if he was ever looking at us. He gave us 2 "Smoothies" that were basically ice water with a squirt of flavoring. My berry blast was flavorless and the wife's strawberry banana was basically water. I'll stick to Smoothie King but for the live of God, get some personality.

Why have 4 employees if none of them are working? Walked in and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The 1 person making smoothies proceeded to make three smoothies without any action indicating that she would eventually help us. We ordered for pick-up so we assumed that, at best, she knew she was making our pick-up order. However, she finished and silently walked them to the pick-up area without a word. This all happened while three other employees were standing in the back of the store, truly doing nothing. They also made no action to help us. Spare yourself a very average smoothie and the extremely lackluster service here.

Parking at the one on Coleman Blvd is hit or miss. Sometimes every spot ( which there about 8) is full. Sometimes not a single car there. Foods good, drinks are great. Like everything around here, getting more pricy. I think the last visit was 2 drinks and one wrap. About $28.
