We live nearby and love getting breakfast/brunch at Ty’s. My favorite is à la carte scrambled eggs and Parmesan Grits. My son’s favorite is the Hangover Burrito. The burrito is large enough to fulfill any appetite!

Everything from the food to the cocktails were amazing. Big shout out to our server Rob, he’s had great recommendations that made the meal even better (don’t sleep on the pimento cheese hush puppies). Next time we are in town we will be back!

The food was amazing..
Cute Place inside...
Parking lot is in the back and is a bit rouch..
Our server was (just) ok....
He seemed to be put off waiting on us...
Seemed to be more interested in his phone...
Didn't offer us any refills - water/soda.
Would i go back?
Yes. But I dont believe I'd want this guy as my server..

Good food and you can eat inside or outside. Outside you are real close to Coleman Blvd. so you will have some road noise but it is interesting if you like to people watch.

One star all around because I never got to try the food. Sign at the front of the restaurant said to seat ourselves. We sat there for 10 minutes while four servers and the manager on duty tried their hardest to ignore us each time they walked past. Not so much as eye contact or a nod to let us know they are busy and will be with us shortly… or at all. We ended up going elsewhere

I am pretty sad to write this because we have been coming here for over four years. We were seated on the covered patio by a host for dinner tonight and a server never came to our table. We decided about 20 mins in to order online since we were already there. We sat at the same table ANOTHER 20 mins waiting on our online order and still no one. My husband picked up the order from the host stand and we left. We love the food so I was fine ordering online. We will not be coming back of course which is unfortunate. Also this is the first time since living in the CHS area that we have had a bad restaurant experience. We had a good run!

⭐ 1-Star Review: For Anyone Craving a Side of Raw Meat and Denial
If you've ever dreamed of biting into a burger that's still mooing, this is the place for you. Mine came out practically raw in the center — not rare, not medium rare, just straight-up uncooked. When we pointed this out, the young man serving us confidently reassured us it was “medium rare.” Ah yes, silly me — I must’ve forgotten that cold, raw beef is the new medium rare.
Best part? They still charged us for it. No apology, no replacement, not even a hint of concern. Just vibes and salmonella.
Highly recommend if you're into gambling with your digestive system.

Don't look anywhere else! This place is amazing. So many options, immaculately cooked and seasoned, unpretentious authentic Southern food. Highly recommend the succotash, collards, carrots, Parmesan grits, and roasted chicken.

🌊🍕 If you’re searching for a pizza place that doesn’t just “tolerate” special diets but *celebrates* them, look no further than Ty’s Roadside Coastal Kitchen in Mount Pleasant!
I brought my gluten-free, dairy-free bestie along, and our server Rob was like a dietary superhero! 🦸♂️ He ensured the pizza was cheeseless (yes, that’s a word now) and that all toppings were safe for our special diets. Talk about customer service!
The Celiac app called it gluten-free and gluten-friendly, and they weren’t kidding! With pizza options that make you want to do a happy dance and sandwiches that are basically mom-approved, it’s a safe haven for us restricted eaters.
So here’s a big shoutout to Rob for being amazing and to Ty’s for making it a fun and safe place to eat! 🌟 If you have dietary restrictions, you’ll want to make this your new go-to spot. Just don’t forget to invite me for pizza night! 🍕✨
