I had not eaten at Verde in a while and my husband picked up 2 wraps to take home. One was big enough for both my husband and I so we put the other one in the refrigerator for later. The ingredients were probably good but there was so much dressing, we could hardly taste them or even eat the wrap. It was drenched and dripping with dressing. I can’t imagine why the person making it out so much dressing on it as to make it almost inedible. We did manage to eat the first wrap but could not imagine having to deal with all of that dressing again and threw the other one away. Maybe they should ask if you want heavy or light dressing or offer to put it on the side. Or if we eat there again we will pay closer attention to the person making it and ask for light dressing.

I really do love Verde, but some of the changes recently are making me go there less and less. I loved the champagne vinaigrette and it's not available anymore, and today's bowl was chopped (supposed to be composed) and was really peppery. Really bummed when an order comes out wrong (has happened a few times lately) because when you're grabbing takeout on your lunch break you don't have time (or want to go back and fix it.). I don't mind the new containers--i thought there was too much food in the old ones to begin with.

Have been coming here for 6 years and have never had a problem. It’s always been a little pricey but a great salad with plenty of food. Now they have changed the container that the salad is served in and they are much much smaller. I’m talking now you get about HALF the amount of food for the same ‘pricey’ price! That’s not an exaggeration, you get HALF the salad as previously available. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will definitely not be buying anything from this place anytime soon. Sad they have gone the price gouging route:(

I usually love Verde and have had great experiences there before this one incident tonight. I had a really bad experience with one of the employees. She was super rude and short with me. Her horrible attitude and the salad itself made me pretty upset. She barely chopped my salad and the salad was not good. I said I wanted a water cup and I unknowingly grabbed the wrong cup. Thankfully I realized because she was going to charge me 3 dollars for what I thought was a free water cup. The other employee that was helping other guests was great and super fast!

2.45 for half a brown avocado and .85 cent charge for one extra dressing. This place sucks. I've gone before and they didn't charge extra for dressing. Just make your own salad at home since they're gonna pick and choose when to charge extra. If you're gonna charge me almost 3 dollars for half a brown avocado at least cut a new one for the customer.

I have been a customer for over 5yrs and today I was treated very rudely. Customer Service was beyond awful, distasteful and embarrassing. The employee by the name Special was very rude. She was exchanging words with me, in a very aggressive tone. Special was not willing to take a moment to explain the company new policy in her professional tone nor provide general customer service all around. Instead she wanted to argue with me in front of other customers. I asked to speak with Special Manager and while speaking to special manager Natalia, special still decided to make threatening comments in front of other customers placing their orders! I also contacted District Manager Dennis to inform him of this situation!

Possibly the best salad I've ever eaten. Great spot after a beach day when you don't want something heavy but still want to feel full. The salads are BIG, toppings are perfectly proportioned, and they mix everything together which feels like an added bonus. I ordered a seasonal salad - This is how we (spring) roll - and my friend did a create-your-own style. We both wish we had this restaurant closer to our homes (I will be bringing all my guests here when I take them out toward the beach or into Charleston). Also, their strawberry limeade is fresh and tastes like you're drinking a strawberry. So delicious.Clean place. Not crowded. Lots of parking. Tables are really close together, but it's just a small space and there weren't a lot of people, so it wasn't a problem for us.Also, their dressings are all gluten-free, so if you have that dietary restriction, you're safe. :)

Bathroom door pushes in from the outside and remains open so you do not need to hold it in place. Lever door handle, turn lock on handle. Only one family style bathroom, wide enough for a power chair or manual wheelchair to enter and to stay in bathroom. Enough room for the wheelchair user and a caregiver if needing assistance. I don't recall seeing grab bars but now don't remember for sure. Transfers onto the toilet would be to the person's right. Sink and hand dryer are accessible. A little bit of a reach for the faucet handles but doable for most.

Absolutely incredible salads customized or from the menu. Multiple varieties of lettuce and then an entire bar laid out of toppings. Homemade dressings are to die for. Parking right in front of the door on Coleman boulevard. Southern Harvest salad with sweet tea vinaigrette dressing is amazing and their bread and drinks. Vegan chili was fantastic also. Love everything about this place. The girl that helped us today was awesome also! Highly recommend!

We’ve visited Verde a few times now , food is awesome . The only thing that doesn’t make this place perfect is that every one of our orders had either something missing or the wrong dish all together , also placing orders to go online , when I got there this last time the food wasn’t ready or even started because of their printer not being online so I had to wait for it , something I was trying to avoid because of a meeting I had to get to . Other then that it’s a great place I recommend it for sure .
