Food was absolutely delicious. We got the Vicious, the fat bot, the shrimp and grits, and the beignets. Big portions, friendly staff, fresh food, reasonable pricing. Definitely worth a stop. I'll be going for the french toast next time. It's a new item that was added and I'm sad I didn't see it until after I ordered. Lol.
Very loud inside, not conducive for conversation. Waited over 15 minutes to place our order at counter then another 15-20 for the food. Was well worth the wait-delicious! Business could stand to have 2 order takers but maybe kitchen cannot keep up. Staff brought food to the table when ready. Some orders took longer to deliver if they couldn't find the diners based on numbered placards provided with your order that need to be displayed so they can find you.

âThe Viciousâ had a massive sized biscuit that was buttery and savory. The sausage gravy it was smothered in was good, but the piece of the chicken was nonexistent. I was served a tiny piece.
$12 wouldâve been a very good value if the size of the chicken was somewhat decent.
However, it was so cool that they gave a little bar with a variety of butters, sauces another cool condiments you can put on your food. I especially love the apple butter and maple butter.
The staff was also very friendly .

I will say this place was packed Sunday morning. The only downside is its first come first serve. Watched a woman pass us by after we had been waiting for a table to open up go around the people who were getting up from a table without their jackets on..and sat her number at the bar. Also people holding tables before the party had ordered shouldn't be allowed. We ended up having to eat outside which was fine. Food was delicious and hot. Loved the chipotle mayo with the jalapeno hushpuppies. Biscut and gravy was HUGE! great spot but just slammed busy.

Food was yummy, but the nicest part were the smiles from Jesse & Kyle. Kindness matters.

The place had ok food, ut the staff was not helpful. We had a large party of people, and the staff was just rude all around. We had people with mobility issues and there was no offer to make some accommodations at all for them.

Not my favorite biscuit, but it was enjoyable! The coffee was fairly decent too.

I went on a weekend I believe, the line was out of the door. I waited for about 10-15 ish minutes, it wasnât too bad at all. Customer service was really sweet and helpful. I got the og viscous biscuit, it was well worth the wait!! The biscuit was buttery, crispy, and soft. I would also say itâs not too expensive. I would say though itâs a very small location and feels very crowded though. I also didnât like the self serving butter section, it didnât feel very sanitary and it was a bit of a hassle. Parking space seems to be quite full also due to its popularity.

My first experience at viscous biscuits (in Summerville, sc) was delightful. Good service, good food. Today, my wife and I decided to visit the restaurant again, but different location (mount pleasant, s.c.) due to being in the area. My wife wanted shrimp and grits, and was told that grits were unavailable. Not a deal breaker, so I order my meal and asked my wife asked for a sweet potato waffle to be added on the side. She was told that there wasn't any sweet potatoes and that they only had regular waffles. This was perfect for me, I'd rather a regular waffle. She orders some type of crab biscuit and requests that the egg is fried instead of being over easy. With the two drinks, extra egg, and side of bacon, the meal was $51 and change. I gave a 20% tip and went to a table. The table wasn't clean but was clear. I asked for something to clean the table and was given wet wipes while staff watched me clean my table and chairs. My next issue was going to a dirty bathroom.... I won't get into that! But the final issue was an improper order! My wife's meal had over easy eggs, I was missing items, and to top things off, the waffle was sweet potato.
Damn good biscuits, very buttery, large, homestyle. Not the fastest service, but very friendly staff. Limited indoor seating, even on a Monday morning at 9am. The bacon was great, I got the regular, and my husband got the Vicious bacon.
