This has been our favourite coffee place in Mount Pleasant with kids. The playground in the garden is great...and so is the service and high quality cappuccino.
If we ever come back to the Charleston area, this place would be our favourite spot for starting the day with a good coffee.

I have been coming here for years. On my most recent visit, I ordered the apple cider donuts to take home to my family. The girl at the counter asked me how many I wanted, and I said 3. Apparently an order is 2, so she gave me 6 total. And it was $36!!!! $6 dollar PER donut. They were small and completely dried out. I made 2 attempts to share this experience with the owner/management, and they never responded.

I’m trying my best to be as considerate as possible in this review so just keep that in mind. I have heard fantastic things about this cozy place so I decided to finally try it. The atmosphere is amazing, I love the cozy house vibe and it’s pretty quaint. That being said, I’m rather disappointed and won’t be back. The considerate side of me understands that they are really busy and that can be really overwhelming but, doesn’t excuse the issues I had. So, the gal taking orders was very kind but seemed lost. I asked if they had half and half to make a breve, she asked and they do so yippee! But I had to repeat my order to her 4 times- 2 ICED caramel breves to go. I then ask what flavor scone was in the case, it was kind of hard to tell, and she just said “idk blueberry or chocolate chip”, okay fine. I will like either so I order one as well. After about a 20 minute wait (again, they are so busy so i understand) I finally get my order. Well, I get my unknown scone but I receive 2 HOT caramel breve’s in ceramic mugs for here. I let the gentleman know, I wanted them to go but since they steamed the milk I’ll just deal with them being hot (the heat index is 92 today but I’ll deal). I get to my car, get stuck in traffic so I decide to try one. There is no caramel. An for a hot latte, they were medium warm at best. All this to say, I understand when someone is overwhelmed they mess things up but I said my order 4 times to make sure, the gentleman making the coffees absolutely heard my order because he clarified they can in fact make breve. I do live here, I’m not a tourist so I’m really disappointed a place with such a good vibe turned out so disappointing. I’m not mad about being our $20+, it’s just another unfortunate coffee shop in Charleston/Mt P. This review involves issues that are so easily resolved, just listening skills. I hope they can improve as I’m a huge advocate for a local business- I come from a family of small businesses. Anyways, carry on! I hope nothing but the best for this coffee shop.
EDIT TO ADD: The scone was in fact raisin. Imagine thinking it’s blueberry or chocolate chip and it’s freaking raisin 😖

Best lemonade I have ever had. I've been dreaming about it! I usually get their coffee but on my last visit I tried to lemonade and it is divine.
I was much gratified to find my cappuccino here presented in a wide mug rather than the paper cup so commonly employed, even when one takes it within. There is a certain dignity and richness imparted to the drink when served thus which is lost when in a paper cup. The scone, though fashioned more in the American than the English manner, was nevertheless of pleasing quality and did not disappoint.

Super fast service, and the line out the door says it all, for good reason! Their bagels are absolutely incredible. Coming from someone born and raised in Long Island, NY, I can honestly say they made me feel like I was back home. It’s rare to find this kind of quality in the South. Highly recommend!!!

They don’t even sell vintage coffee. 🙁
Cute coffee and breakfast place. Our food was very good and to a higher standard than your average breakfast sandwich cafe menu. My daughters got the açaí bowl and the Nutella toast. They loved theirs as well.

Very nice and cute coffee shop/seating area! The coffee here was just average. I will admit however that I am not the biggest craft coffee person, but I still was a tad overwhelmed by the menu. I wish that vintage coffee had more explanations of what differentiates their menu options. I asked the cashier and she suggested the cold brew. It was like motor oil but it managed to drink it and it kept me going for a Long Beach day! If you are a husband reading this, you should take your wife here she will like it!

Everything was so good and the presentation was immaculate. The service was pretty quick too considering how busy it was! The lox bagel was a large portion and I ate the other half for lunch
