“My son and I had an AMAZING experience at this particular Wendy’s yesterday evening (5/14/25 around 6pm) because the employee who took our order made all the difference. Not only was she extremely kind to us, but she made both my son and I smile from ear to ear by being genuinely caring and attentive . Not only did she greet us, help us with the bathroom, and get our order perfectly (I had some specifics, which I know always make things more difficult. When it comes to fast food, I always feel bad bc I’m asking for no mustard or no cheese or whatever), but when I kept fumbling over my words (just a long day), she was so patient with me. My son and I walked away, and he looked up at me and said, “She was really nice, mom,” and I couldn’t have agreed more. Was the food good? Yes. Was the lobby clean? Yes. Was this wonderful lady, Michelle, deserving of all of this praise? Absolutely! So many people are moody these days that I asked for her name because she really just made our night. Thank you, Michelle, for making this mama and her son feel cared for! My son even asked if we could make the drive from John’s Island again just to see you! 🩷“
“Legitimately the most spectacular Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten. Fast food as a whole should focus on dining room presentation but they want to optimize and streamline customer turnover so they continue to neglect the maintenance and make the interior decor as hostile to the eyes as possible. But everything under the purview of the store level employees was wonderful“
“This review is for Donny and his team. I’m in here on a Wednesday afternoon and they are slammed with inside customers, drive through and online orders. I’ve never experienced such efficient and polite service until now! Donny is leading the team exceptionally well… I never leave reviews like this but I wanted to highlight his efforts.“
