I walked towards the bathroom before ordering which was disgusting btw and the girl behind the counter yelled to me am I ordering? As if she’s going to kick me out other wise, mind you I’m 37 weeks pregnant.. When I went to order I was met with an annoyed looking staff and asked if I was ready, I said not yet so she just walked away to talk to other employees, to top it off the food did not taste good and wasn’t hot.

I ordered to dine in. 15 minutes later the order taker asked me what I ordered. 10 minutes later I had my order.
You make your own decision. 25 minute for a dine in order to be realized/completed is good service or not.

We needed a quick bite on our way and stopped at this Wendy's. We sat in the drive-thru for 10 mins before we could order (4 cars in front of us) then another 15 waiting to get our food. 1 girl was on her phone not doing anything and I'm guessing the only other 2 workers were doing the work. People who walked in got their food faster than we did. Still waiting ....

Terrible!!! I guess bad customer service and always getting orders wrong and cold food just seems to be a Wendy’s thing across-the-board. Ordered food and couldn’t understand the girl over the speaker who said they had no tea whatsoever when I wanted unsweet tea. How do you as a restaurant not have any tea, be it sweet or unsweet? They charged me more because I got a bottle of water instead. Then they gave me stone cold fries after making me wait 10 minutes for the chicken sandwich that didn’t even had what I ordered on it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with tomatoes, cheese, and pickles, and it didn’t even come with tomatoes. These people really need a revamp in corporate of how to treat their customers and training people to get orders right. The staff at the window were also rude.

When we walked in, the manager on duty was sitting in the dining room watching videos on her phone and never greeted me nor my mother. The kitchen staff seemed to have looked straight through us, never acknowledging our presence. Then the young lady preparing burgers radioed the counter clerk, elder lady, to take our orders. If this is the hospitality we can expect, I will never come back here again.

The intercom person didn’t know if the fuego meal was still available to purchase but over all good experience. Tried the Fuego meal and a young lady helped provide perspective based on her experience and it was spot on. Fries were fire 10 literally the pop tart shake 6 burger 7

Shaquana how are you gonna sit here and tell me “listen what I just said” when I was saying exactly what I wanted and knew yall were gonna mess it up. I asked for a chocolate frosty WITH chocolate brownie batter NOT vanilla frosty with chocolate brownie batter which is how it is normally. I knew it was different then how the normal brownie frosty comes soooooo I was making sure yall understood it was a chocolate frosty base. The attitude really was not needed cause you did mess up and now I have something I don’t want.

Legitimately the most spectacular Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten. Fast food as a whole should focus on dining room presentation but they want to optimize and streamline customer turnover so they continue to neglect the maintenance and make the interior decor as hostile to the eyes as possible. But everything under the purview of the store level employees was wonderful

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 8:25, I walked in, and one of the staff members is on their phone in the lobby. There was only two members working and I just got my food at 8:50. It shouldn't take half an hour to get a mobile order that I placed ahead of time. Don't order here unless you're prepared to wait.

The drive thru is not the best. I waited for almost 20 minutes. Half of that was because of one car. The order was a number 10. The fries were petrified. The nuggets were edible. The drink was ok. An escape lane should be made for this location.
