Legitimately the most spectacular Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten. Fast food as a whole should focus on dining room presentation but they want to optimize and streamline customer turnover so they continue to neglect the maintenance and make the interior decor as hostile to the eyes as possible. But everything under the purview of the store level employees was wonderful

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 8:25, I walked in, and one of the staff members is on their phone in the lobby. There was only two members working and I just got my food at 8:50. It shouldn't take half an hour to get a mobile order that I placed ahead of time. Don't order here unless you're prepared to wait.

The drive thru is not the best. I waited for almost 20 minutes. Half of that was because of one car. The order was a number 10. The fries were petrified. The nuggets were edible. The drink was ok. An escape lane should be made for this location.

Excellent! The food was really good. the shrimp scampi was a bit on the lemony side, but the pasta was perfectly cooked. The garlic bread and chicken pesto were amazing. Definitely would go back again! Our waitress was super nice. I told her about the shrimp and she included a free desert. Who does that? She did! And it was super.

If i could give this less stars i would. The last like 6 times I have come here have all been later night trips. And the same lady I have spoken to every time. Is always so rude. It has not failed yet. I don't know her name but she works the later night drive through. Look I've worked all kinds of jobs. I've worked 1st 2nd and 3rd shift at some of the worst jobs. I'd understand if it was just a bad night and a one off but it's every time. She seemed appalled that my sister wanted a reciet tonight and missed an item on our order my sister corrected her and she just ignored it.

VERY terrible customer service. I came to this location and they forgot one order of my nuggets, I was already almost home so I called and spoke to CJ. He asked for my name and said to ask for him or Selena whenever I came back to replace my missing nuggets. I asked for Selena and she looked dead at me and said that her name was “Keosha” and also stated that she had just spoken to CJ over the phone and that he didn’t remember speaking to me over the phone or me leaving my name. Selena, Keosha, whoever she was had a disgusting attitude handling this matter. This Wendy’s is garbage and has garbage working for staff! Will NOT be returning to this location ever again.
No hussle whatsoever. Fully staffed crew, and it’s like they could not care less that they had an inside line out the door and a maxed out drive through lane. Several people leaving from the line because it’s not worth the wait.

Im starving! Run from this place. No one in this drive thru while I walked inside I see why....24 bucks plus a $5 tip since the cashier asked for one at the register. 20 mins later. 8 employees- all completely lazy and unaware of their surroundings and lost with no direction, along with management standing looking around no one knowing what to do. 2 on cell phones.
Ordered 2 biggie bags. 1 baconator sandwich only.
Received none. Was begging them I at least needed my kids food because I had to pick up my daughter after waiting 25 mins.
Received one biggie bag made completely wrong with mustard, it doesn't even come with mustard originally. Other biggie bag, fries missing. Half meals and nothing to eat.
My baconator sandwich 25 mins later, missing. No food for me.
In the end I wasted 25 mins, did not receive my kids food or my food, they handed me 2 burgers I didnt order as compensation but when I looked at everything after I ran out because I was going to be late, it was all mustard on food I couldnt eat and lost 30 bucks on. Im so unhopeful for this location that I won't even drive the 8 mins back to complain. These people are LOST. No saving this place. Im starving! Run from this place.
