HORRIBLE PLACE! Too bad owners don’t care. Stopped for dinner with the family. The lady at the counter asked if it’s “for here” or “to go”, we said “for here”. Then when they put our order together the person behind the counter just silently shoved the bag to me, and not a tray, like they do in “for here” orders. Okay whatever. Looking for a table, and all of them are filthy, floors are filthy, bathroom floors were filthy as well. Kids did’t get their sauces and their burgers had everything on it when we asked for plain. And on top of that one of the employees behind the counter was watching some kind of videos on her phone with the sound cranked up super loud. Horrible place, very unprofessional and nasty.

The laughable part is that they had a sign on the wall saying - “we are hiring, join our award winning team” What award winning team? Scared to imagine other non award winning Wendy’s teams here in Charleston. 🫣

Why are these people always mad at me for ordering a hamburger? Everything cold and god dam stones I'm my fries. Bums. Get a different job.

I ordered online, came in and told my order didn't exist. I went outside to check to make sure I was at the right place. When I went back to try and get in, the door was locked on me, at 8:00am.

Not sure what’s going on at this Wendy’s….very disappointed by the service.
I asked why there was a truck in front of me when I pulled up. They said he was waiting for hot fries????

I don't know if young man who prepared in bag this evening was high or lazy. He have nuggets in bag, then I've keep was large chillin and large fries. Why I've keep calling for my order and he work there. And fries was cold!!!!

Awful service, pretty understaffed and crappy attitude. Definitely one of the worst franchises I’ve ever seen. And the card machine never works after 9pm.

Not only was the staff rude, they were more interested in what was happening on their phones than working, even with a line at the drive-thru and the line in the dining room. Speaking of the dining room it was pretty filthy. I could go on but judging by the amount of one Stars this place has it probably won't do any good.

Drink machine never works properly. Employees make you feel like you’re an inconvenience for ordering and asking for a drink refill. Food was good, though. Employees just need some training on friendly customer service.

Went to wendy's today 12-27 sea Island shopping center at 1:15. My wife ordered a an Apple Pecan Salad. She got no crackers,no Pecans, She went up to the counter and she was told they didn't have any. I ordered a cup of chili and a hamburger combo,with a sweet tea. Well guess what they don't have fresh brewed tea anymore, It comes out of a COKE machine. The burger had so much mustard and mayo on it that it would not stay together. I went to get Ketchup,didn't have any the containers were empty and had not even been filled for lunch. If the Staff would spend less time B.S with each other and more time with there customers your Wendy's just might last, IF not I can see another Business go UNDER it's DAM shame. And these people that work for you want's $15 to $18 dollars an Hour what a Joke.

This Wendy's disappointed me. The ladies behind the counter were nice but this establishment was DIRTY. The soda machine and area was disgusting. I couldn't understand why they wouldn't clean that machine but it was noticably dirty. It had stains all over it and it smelled around that area. My food was also cold unfortunately 😔

Worst service ever experienced. Used the online ordering while in line, thinking that would speed up the process. Got up to the ordering speaker box only to be rudely spoken to about my order not even existing, so I said fine, I'll just order 3 double cheeseburgers and deal with getting a refund later. The drive thru attendant continued with the disrespectful tone and words letting me know they were out of cheeseburgers....so I asked for chicken sandwiches,.....she stated that she was out of those too. this scenario continued. I ended up being asked to pull over while everyone else was served. I tried speaking to the manager, other employees, the door was slammed in my face and I was ignored. Meanwhile, I had 3 children in the car, coming home from a baseball tournament. All they wanted was food and then bed. We ended up leaving after they closed down the drive thru without ever serving us or resolving the issue. The rude employee wears a leopard print headset. I have never been treated with the amount of disrespect that she displayed, all bc i thought I would speed up the ordering process by following the signs they have publicly placed saying to get your order faster by plac8ng your order online. I will never step foot on that property again, muxh less order from a Wendy's establishment again because of this situation.

They must have been extremely busy, because it took me almost 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru, for an average burger.
