Hands down the rudeness of the lady in the drive through today was outrageous. Her name on the ticket is Amelia. She said we needed to hurry because she has a timer going. She kept asking is that it. Like no ma'am their is more than one person ordering. When we said that's it she said pull forward. We did. She stated the total and almost took my husband's arm off snatching the card. Didn't give a receipt and told us to pull forward. The gentleman who brought out our food was very nice. He went back in and got us our receipt and genuinely apologized for her behavior and our service.

The lunch manager and his crew run a tight ship. I went at 1:20 pm on a Monday and it got busy fast. The staff was enthusiastic abkut handling the rush and I got my food timely and FRESH!! Fries were piping hot(just out if the fryer), and my burger a 8/10 in hotness. Definitely a very good Wendy's location that management and the staff should be proud of. Been here many times. Hasn't disappointed yet.

I just hit the drive-through and my food is not only gross, but it's ice cold! The fries taste like they've been sitting out for a day, and the burger is drowning in condiments. Honestly, it's making me wonder if they messed with my order. I'd steer clear of this place—head to the Wendy's on the other side of town; it's way better.

The only thing we can eat from Wendy's is a plain baked potato on our heart disease reversing diet by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. I ordered 3 baked potatos, and they thought they had only 2 potatoes, so they charge me for 2. I appreciate that since they gave me a third. The potatos had been in the hot box a little too long causing them to be overcooked, but they were eatable.As you can see from the photo, They are turning brown inside.
