I was about to dine in when I walk through the door I could smell a odor ..it was the men bathroom women bathroom was just as bad in floor between men/women doo was a Coke bag and a straw with white residue on it ... Wendy's got to do better I WILL BE COMING BACK THERE cause this my second issue with Wendy's next time if a next time I'm going straight to corporate pictures Note a threat it's a guarantee promise

Visit a few weeks ago they were having issues with the systems and the lady at the windows was doing everything herself with no help, Visit the other day was much better. Service was better and so was the food. Wait time wasnt that long ither.

GROOOOOSSS! I'll never go to Wendy's again after this meal. 🤢 The lettuce was wilted, barely any chicken and no sauce in my wrap plus the fries were cold and stale. Absolutely flavorless! Service was slow too but friendly.

Why is this place even open?? I rarely leave reviews but I HAD to go out of my way for this place. For it to be around such nice hotels and near a tourist destination, the service sure does suck. New manager needed!!!!

This Wendy's is terrible. Super slow drive thru and very rude. They were out of sauces for nuggets. The soft drink machine was out of order. They might as well just close if they can't offer basic items.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. This Wendy’s was the dirtiest one I’ve even been in. The food was cold, the were out of almost all drink options and the ceiling was leaking water. They also had no napkins available in the dining room but would give out bathroom paper towels upon request. Lastly, the bathroom was foul. I literally couldn’t use it. Right now I’m just praying me and my family don’t get sick. We should have walked out instead eating there.

This location is the worst of the worst at night. The order is always totally wrong, the fries and food are warm at best, no matter what you order you won't get it like you want. Just move on! It's also a franchise and the owner couldn't care less so he hires bottom rung employees.

Megan! The Woman at the drive through doesn’t know how to separate her lips to speak and was totally inaudible and then gets an attitude when you asked to repeat because you could not understand her.
