Poorly service no ice in there drink fries burnt nuggets extra crispy burger burnt they need to get there crap together and the store together also tables are dirty fries on the floor floor needs to be mop and sweep watch out might take bite of food and looking at a roach!!!!! Bad service!!!!!

Very friendly cashier, but each of us had a mistake on our order. The only drink they had was lemonade and NO ICE (but they didn’t tell you until you received your warm drink). The frosty had no flavor…it just wasn’t right. Felt very dated and dirty. Overall such a disappointment that not sure we will ever return to a Wendy’s.

Kids got Jr Cheeseburger meals last night (7/21/2025) at around 9:30 pm at the Wendy's at 361 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mt Pleasant SC. One meal was eaten in the vehicle (where it was dark unfortunately), the other in the hotel room. Below was the first bite. Nothing else to say about this location at this point.

This location locks the doors during the day so you can not order and eat inside, forcing the drive through line the wrap around the building. This location needs a lot of help. I’d go to Moes next door if you are looking for a quick meal.

It was the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Wendy's. Granted it was 11 pm on a Wednesday in June. It took about 30 mins to receive my food. The cook herself was very kind. The cashier was awful.
