Woman at drive thru on evening of Sat April 4 was incredibly rude, cutting us off when we tried to order and being snippy with us over the idea that we called orders by the name of the item instead of the combo number. Then got mad and confrontational when we asked if they had chicken tenders instead of just nuggets. When I asked for a someone else to help she literally interrupted with loud and childish screech noises just to break trains of thought and speech and asked why I was even in the drive thru, and that I needed to get on with my order.

I have always enjoyed Wendy's, and I love how this location is open until 1am. I work the night shift, and it's sometimes the only thing open. So thank you Wendy's for being open until 1am for those of us night shifters that enjoy your nuggets!

Not enough staff working to cover the supper hour. Long, long waiting time just to place order and then another long waiting time gorgeous food to be prepared.Dining room was not clean. Tables had greasy marks and crumbs on them and the floor badly needed to have the dropped French fries swept up.

So I mobile order, and go to store to pick up. I go through drive thru, and immediately it is rudeness shortness, and pull to the mobile order parking…so I proceed to do so. I wait, wait, wait, and wait(literally over 45 minutes along with another poor soul parked next to me) keep in mind it is a Monday night, and a bit earlier evening, so it is not busy even. I wait while six other customers come and go, and finally bc I saw people coming in and out through an open entry door (as if for business, as if they are open inside, and nothing indicates otherwise) so I go in to realize my food had long since just been sitting there for no logical reason, and as if that isn’t bad enough along with the rudeness, crazy wait, and it only gets better the woman on the window of drive thru starts hollering about why are you in here , why is she in here, and then chanting just get out, and repeating how I get in here. To which I replied the door was wide open ma’am and nothing to indicate you are closed inside, and it was not even too late as I mentioned say 10:00 perhaps tops… ugh so I tell her the door is open so I’m sorry how was I to know and after 45 damn minutes of course I’d come wondering about my food, and this woman starts telling me to calm down!!??!! Hell woman you try to chill in my position, all I did was order food, and expect to take it home to my kids not wait near an hour then be spoken to as if I’m not even an adult let alone a person, and then you say I need to chill ??♀️??♀️Well may I recommend you NEVER go to this Wendy’s on Johnnie Dodds BLVD

Wendy’s is always a little slow; anyone who’s been there knows that and should expect it, duh. The staff at register was kind and that pretzel baconatpr was off the chain. And the fries at Wendy’s are always good with their crispy potato skins !
We went to get the free Cinnabon deal for leap day and the workers were really rude. They wouldn’t give us the Cinnabons and said we could only have one for the four of us. This was our third Wendy’s and we had no problem at the other Wendy’s.The deal online said that it was one per vehicle in the drive thru OR one per person if dining in. We were dining in.Overall, the management were really rude. However, there was a nice lady who was working in the drive thru and she apologized for the situation. We ended up placing mobile orders and getting the Cinnabon (which was cold) but I am disappointed with how this Wendy’s acted.

Been here at least 50x an its 50-50 on if ur getting sauces or a straw from this place.-Also sometimes to save time theyll give you regular nuggets if you order spicy.-paper straw (the off chance they give u one)

In 2024, it’s sad that racism continues to rear its ugly head. At approximately 4:20, my wife and I, with her driving, went through the drive-thru of this Wendy’s. From the onset, the woman working the drive thru, wearing a black hoodie, screamed at my wife, rolled her eyes at her, and glared at her. Because my wife was nice to her as she is everyone, I must assume that the drive-thru worker’s anger was on account of my wife being Mexican. Anti-Latino racism has no place in 2024’s America. That girl should be fired for being a bigot.
