Ordered off the menu and food was cold and wasn't busy. Guess server doesn't want a tip!

Food was great service was poor sat down not ask what I wanted to drink for a long period of time , never receive a refill however was ask was I ready for the check several times. Was not informed of specials or lunch buffet

No welcoming and the alcohol drinks are water down and they don't let you return it

Wild wing cafe in Mt. Pleasant is amazing. The wing sauce choices are awesome. The employees are amazing. I come here about once a month and I absolutely love it. Always have such a great time.

I called this place at least twice a week because I'm in the mood for wings and no one ever picks up the phone. I call probably at least three times each time and it just rings until it hangs up every time I call to place a to go order. Only place in Mount Pleasant I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone to place an order for pick up. Multiple times I've had no option but to go to the restaurant To place my order and sit at the bar and wait. I'm done giving them my service when I can't even get service from them. For now on I will give my business to the other places around the corner that sell wings.

They have so many wing flavors to choose from, bone in and nuggets, but they also have a full page of appetizers to pick. I love the variety in the sports bar.

Awful experience. Arrived at 1130 as a table of 11. Got seated well placed our order and requested 2 beers for the table. 30 minutes later still no beer had arrived and waitress was not visible. Finally beers arrived with no explanation as to why it took so long and still no eta of food. One hour after being seated food finally arrived. There were only 10 other people in the restaurant. A nightmare in service.

The food was great, but the service was something I had never seen before. BJ was so upbeat and attentive! I was blown away by how friendly she was and she answered all our questions with out skipping a beat. Our beers were always cold and she made us feel so unbelievably welcomed. I will definitely come back as long as they have amazing servers like BJ!! #BJforPresident
