Lady who took the order in the drive thru was nice but the order was wrong. Had to bring it inside and the woman making the food was rude and inept. Then to top it off the sandwich was lukewarm garbage. Didn't have time to go back in AGAIN and complain so I threw it away
The TRASHIEST Hardee's I have ever visited. I waited 30 mins for a 2pc kids meal and combo 11 bc your new cook did not drop my tenders. When I walked in to ask how much longer the shift manager, Lotanya ignored me. Your team member Shamiya was digging in her ear and bagging food so I asked her not to handle my food without washing her hands first. She then proceeded to threaten to "fuck me up" if I did not "watch myself". Just disgusting.
