Waiting in line for 2 beef n cheddars sandwich only with 2 cars in front for 10 minutes to get to window I thought my order would be handed out quickly. No I waited another 5 minutes for my order to be passed to me by an employee who said nothing and just passed the bag to me. Not gonna cut it for long in MI

Drove up to this location just to get one particular item that has been being advertised recently, the steak bites. I drive up to the drive thru menu board to place my order (which had MULTIPLE displays of THIS before mentioned item to promote it) and much to my surprise, the employee advised me that they were not cooking any more of those on this day. It was only 7pm! It says they're open until 10pm. I replied, seriously? She confirmed, that's right, we have no more for today. WOW 😲😳! SO disappointed. I drove off and went to Chick-fil-A.

I usually love the jamocha shake and some good crinkle cuts but it seems like every time I come here everyone always has a nasty attitude for no reason several times I have came and they've messed up my order I keep trying to give this place chances but I think today took the cake when as soon as I started placing my order I was met with an awful attitude and I'm sorry but I'm done with this place

i love arbys and i always get there lamb gyro but today i went and the women who took my order was not nice and the gyro was cold so i nicely asked her to just heat up in the microwave she gave me a nasty look. when it came back no apology nothing and it tasted terrible NEVER AGAN.

I was a bit disappointed, as their Ja'mocha shake comes with whipped cream. They were out, but charged me full price. The Gyro was yummy as usual, just a little dry/hard at one of the edges.

Just ordered there 30 minutes ago and the bun on my sandwich was as hard as a hockey puck. Genuinely couldn’t bite down into my sandwich. Very disappointed
On 08/15 I placed a pickup order. When I got it home the potato cakes were borderline burnt. There was no au just for the French dip, and the corned beef on the reuben tasted spoiled. Never had a bad meal here before, but this order was too bad to ignore.

I had the ham and swiss sandwich with curly fries; it was delicious! Made with smoked ham and creamy melted Swiss cheese on a sesame seed bun. Sad there weren't more customers there when the food is so good, better than the Chick-fil-A place next door.

I'm pretty sure the fry guy is not supposed to be eating the fries as he makes them. Dude could at least scoop some up and put it in a bag for himself instead of just reaching in the fries with his bare hands! Gross 🤢
