My husband and I dined here on Valentine's Day and left with full bellies and warm hearts. The staff is very attentive and went above and beyond to take the initiative to move us to a table where the AC wasn't blowing on us. I didn't even have to say a word. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back. I normally don't write reviews but the staff deserves every bit of praise! Thank you for a lovely evening!

I loved eating at that restaurant, it's excellent to eat there...even though it's sad that Hispanics are racist towards people because everything is from God to God, there are no borders, no race, no religion, no children, no adults, we are all equal.

Everything was impeccable! The glorious and perfect food, the exceptional service and even the outdoor heated seating. We were welcomed with love and made to feel special on this New Year’s Day. Thank you Austin’s staff!!

Ate here for New Year’s Eve and the food was meh. I got the veal osobucco. The gravy tasted like it was from a packet. The veal was just ok and lacked good flavor. The green beens and carrots were slightly undercooked. My wife had the lobster dinner and it was a Dry overcooked lobster tail and a risotto that lacked flavor. The carrots were the best thing on her plate. The service was great and of coarse a beautiful atmosphere.

My family and I attended Austin’s harvest the other night to finish off our night of a thousand candles experience. Our server Summer helped us create such a pleasant experience. When we asked about the menu she assured us that no matter what we ordered it would be delicious, but still gave her (awesome) recommendations. We ordered a bunch of appetizers (the she crab soup is an 11/10). I let my son order the surf and turf which was one of the best filets i’ve gotten a taste of in a while. As well as me and a couple others ordering the bronzed grouper which was delicious. The service and food was completely unexpected and unmatched!  I can’t wait to go back next year.

This restaurant was exceptional. The food was excellent. There were four of us and we all loved our meals. We live in Charleston and we would go back again and again and again! The restaurant itself is lovely with the most comfortable chairs. I gave it 4 stars because it was so loud. Night of 1,000 candles was the event and it was very busy.

Visit on 12/7/2024. Reservation at 5:45pm. Steak was undercooked…no problem. I sent it back to be cooked some more and it was okay after that. However, the au jus that came out with my spouse’s French dip was light in color with no flavor. It was replaced by a darker liquid that still had very little flavor. Then, we ordered the Mile High Chocolate Cake. It was spongy as if the cake was not cooked or if it had been taken in and out of a cooler several times. It was awful. The entire experience was just terrible. The overall price for the value of food is a bit too high. This is the first and last time that I pay $4 for a sweet tea in a small plastic cup.

Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!

Austin’s Harvest Restaurant is a treat to enjoy! Third visit to the gardens enjoying a special time of NOTL and the visit couldnt be better with a lovely dining experience at Austin’s. Menu was abbreviated but nonetheless DELICIOUS!

I was shocked by how good the food was. Was not expecting this level of food after seeing the lights at Christmas. Some of the best she crab soup I have ever eaten. The crab cake with the succotash was unbelievable. So much crab meat! We also had the fried okra and oysters appetizer with some of the best homemade remoulade sauce. Do yourself a favor and get a piece of the caramel cake for dessert, cannot get over how good it was! Can't wait to go back!

Delicious, fresh, and fast. We enjoyed all of our meals. The portions are quite large. We were quite famished after exploring all Brookmeade has to offer. Austin's was the perfect end to our visit. Wish I had saved room for their lemon cake.
We ordered 2 Southern Dips, Flash Fried Oysters and Okra, and Tuna Croissant.

Went on a Saturday to visit Brookgreen Gardens, and I can't tell how good our apps and food were. We enjoyed the food so much!!! We plan on going back soon just to eat here again. This was our view from inside. We wanted to sit outside, but a bee didn't want to leave me alone. Being allergic, we had to sit inside. Hopefully, we can sit outside next time.
