Was less than $30 for two adults to eat buffet, which included items like beef roast, shrimp, fish, fried chicken, and the usual country-style sides. Everything was hot and fresh, and all of the staff were friendly and hospital. Would return.

Back Home BBQ in Murrells Inlet is a true hidden treasure! We were so impressed by their buffet, which had something for everyone, and every single dish was delicious. The spread included perfectly seasoned fried shrimp, crispy flounder, juicy fried chicken, and even frog legs, all cooked to golden perfection. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken was some of the best we’ve had anywhere.
The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, and the dessert table was the perfect sweet finish, a little taste of homemade comfort in every bite. Everything was hot, fresh, and replenished constantly, which made the whole meal such a pleasant experience.
I had never had pineapple cobbler before and it was SO good!
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home, just like dining with family. We came in with a wheelchair bound person and one person with a walker and the staff were so helpful to us! Sat us close to the buffet and were really accommodating. Between the warm atmosphere, great service, and the huge variety of tasty food, Back Home BBQ has easily become one of our favorite spots in Murrells Inlet. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Took my Mom, daughter and best friend for late lunch on Sunday. First time there, and not only the food, but the atmosphere was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised- will be back! 🥰
Can't do anything lower than 1 star soooo. We went on the weekend for the buffet breakfast. Terrible dried out and nothing that could be considered hot or maybe warm. That's it for us.

Overall, not bad (you get what you pay for). I thought things mostly tasted the same and a bit too salty. I like fried oyster's but had some that just didn't taste right, got very upset stomach and diarrhea later. I would be afraid to go back.
