Barnacle Bill's Rum & Raw Bar

Stayed in Myrtle Beach for a couple months. Really enjoyed Barnacle Bills, wish we would have found it at the beginning of our stay. Rib Eyes were amazing. The hush puppies with puppy sauce was a tasty surprise. Fried shrimp cooked perfectly! Tacos were good: The beef taco was shredded beef and there wasn’t much meat in them, out of all tacos…wouldn’t get them again. Fish and the shrimp tacos were good and tuna taco was exceptional. Service was good, taco night was busy and we barely saw our server but all in all we enjoyed this place and highly recommend!

We wanted to like it but, between the waitstaff being obviously high and the excuses of why they were out of ingredients, it was a total let down.

You are missing out if you don’t come here, no wait, excellent food.

Went here for late lunch....no crowd at all (versus other tourist places in Murrell's): great menu and a delicious crab boil, great Gumbo!

What a great first experience! Our bartender/waitress was Kendall and she was amazing! Very attentive, kind, and welcoming. The shrimp, raw oysters, and ahi tuna were all so delicious. Thank you, chef!

The food was already below average, but what really ruined the evening was the way we were treated. The waiter was impatient, dismissive, and forgot half our order. When we politely reminded him, he rolled his eyes and walked away without saying a word. This is not how customers should be treated. We paid good money to be there, and they couldn’t even show basic manners. Horrible experience.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. The moment I entered, I noticed dirty floors, sticky tables, and an overwhelming smell of old grease. Against my better judgment, I ordered a burger meal. The burger was raw inside, the lettuce was brown, and the bun was soggy. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Places like this should be shut down for violating basic food safety standards. Disgraceful and dangerous.

Bills is an amazing little spot! Super cheap drinks, great food and they have karaoke on Wednesday nights if youve been searching in the area. DJ Jess is so fun and entertaining! She gets the crowd going and has a great voice she shares!! Def worth a stop to find out! ??

cool bar/ restaurant laid-back vibe great deck and great prices

Dropped in for their special. Sat down at bar, another couple came in behind us. Bartender broke a $100 bill for them then proceeded to "clean bar". Finally walked out. Get some competent bartenders. Won't be returning.
