8 of us came in at 8:30pm. All ordered 2 scoops, etc. A fly flew close to our table and directly into my granddaughter’s cup. They very reluctantly agreed to remake it and stated it would not be remade again.

We tried to order and both workers were extremely rude to other customers. The one making us a milkshake slammed the ice cream door hard. They were cussing about the drive through and that the milkshake machine hasn't worked all day and they had to slam the pitcher hard on the counter three times in front of us. We decided to leave and they cussed us out and yelled at us on our way out. We went somewhere else. An employee should never act up and cuss in front of and at customers. Do that in private. Don't take out a bad day on innocent customers.

I went through the drive through asking for the lava Colada and the lady with the red hair with the undercut was very rude to me. She was saying that they didn’t have it when I used my own two eyes and saw it on the board and she started getting rude with me. I will not be visiting this place again. I can’t stand bad customer service. Not gonna lie they have some good ice cream but if you see the red haired woman working your best bet is just to leave and go somewhere else. Because it’s just not worth it for someone being rude to you.

It was such a pleasant experience. Frankie was as a delight as an associate. She was full of smiles and great customer service. I will definitely return here.

Truly awful experience. Ordered a sundae after a long wait in the nearly empty store. Clerk tried to hand me 2 plain scoops of ice. I told her I ordered a sundae and she said this is a sundae. ? I said a sundae has toppings and she denied this was so. A coworker overheard and told her that a sundae does indeed have toppings and the clerk sullenly offered toppings. Then as she struggled to accept this fact, she informed me there was no hot fudge. I declined the order and got nothing. It was a level of stupidity rarely encountered and I imagine that there's unseen filth and poor maintenance in such an overtly, poorly run place. Definitely, to be avoided.

We ordered a cake and were late picking it up but Dylan and KJ still let us pick it up. So grateful they were accommodating. They were very friendly and polite too. The cake was phenomenal, as always. Thank you!

Went to this Baskin-Robbins for a birthday treat. Waited all day for my pistachio almond scoop with hot fudge YUM... only their hot fudge doesn't work and hasn't for awhile apparently and the scoop of ice-cream I had had ice chunks in it and tasted like the freezer! YUCK!The first clue to me should have been how dirty the place seemed and the fact that the freezer didn't have the proper covers on it - just plexiglass laid over the cartons. I'd say skip this location and go down the road 10 miles to the other location if you are craving Baskin- Robbins

Ice cream looks very old, refrozen,frost about 5 inches around freezer sides melted ice cream in containers. how sad used to be a good place to goNo wonder no one in the store

Terrible Management!I received a gift card for this place and decided to take my grandchildren.We tried to order a couple of hot fudge sundaes but were told that they didn't have hot fudge. They said the night crew didn't prepare it for them the night before. It was 4:00 in the afternoon.We came back a couple days later and tried to order hot fudge sundaes again. Again, we were told no hot fudge with the same reason. What ice cream place that actually sells hot fudge sundaes doesn't have hot fudge?!What a joke!! Never ever going back there again. Threw my gift card away!
Ice cream flavors are not on the menu. Not a single one.I didn’t want to be difficult so I asked Mrs. New York very nicely if she could just list me just three flavors because they weren’t on the menu. She said they arent and if you want to see them you need to come inside. ( I was in the drive through) Might I add They weren’t busy at all, I was there only customer (wonder why) I ended up just telling her to give me vanilla and called it a day. She made me feel like a nuisance for being in her presence. So rude , will never be back here.

Short lady I don’t know if she’s the manager was very rude, as of late kept telling me they didn’t have quart cups. I feel like she just didn’t want to help me. This place should be shut down or hire new workers.

The place looks dirty, the guy working with the multi colored hair is rude and disrespectful. A lot of the ice cream containers were empty so I asked if they had any more strawberry and he acted like it was a problem to go get more. He put it in a cone that had the paper on it but the paper wouldn't come off so I asked for one without the paper. He said they all have paper which I replied no they don't, I'm looking at them. My husband asked if he was having a bad day and he replied yes a lot of them. He needs to learn to not take his problems out on the customer

So for a tourist time there were only 2 people working the counter. Out of items as well. Line got very long. Help did the best they could.
