We ordered dine in and was given the placard for our table. When the employee yelled my husband’s name he raised his hand, but the employee just sit there tray at an empty table and left it! There were plenty of employees but not one offered to refill my drink while standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a chick FIL a.

We came through the drive through on the way out of town. They messed up our order and the lady at the window (Amy) was rude and required we gave her all our food back before she would correct our order and returned the cold food back to us. Ive never had food taken from me by the drive through lady to go through it and give back to me. If wasn't on a road trip probably wouldn't eat it. Very disappointed
