I have been eating at this establishment for years and it has always been great, but this week I have been twice and I have been dissatisfied both times. Earlier this week I purchased 2 southwest wraps and a cookies and cream milkshake. The wraps were okay but the tomatoes were mushy and NOT AT ALL fresh. The milkshake was so runny that it was like drinking a glass of milk. Today I got the spicy cool wrap. The flavor was good but I had much more lettuce than I did anything else. I threw about 1/3 of each wrap away because it was all lettuce at that point. This is not what I expect from Chick Fila. Not sure how soon I will be going back.

I did a mobile order today and as soon as I pulled up it was ready!!! I was already having a rough day at work. I was on a time crunch with my lunch break and chick fa la actually made my day.

this is the best chic fil a ive ever been to. im so serious the workers are so sweet and ive never seen a cleaner chic fil a in my life. i love u murrells inlet chic fil a the food was bomb

Ordered a take out catering for pickup at 2. Got there at 2:15 and the order was not read, not sure why not? Had to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be prepared and ready for carrot (it was a tray of nuggets and two gallons of beverage.). When I asked for a Diet Coke - since I had to wait…they charged me! I was so surprised. Keep a customer waiting and then charge them??! I thought this was not very friendly or accommodating - the coke could have been complimentary.

One of nicest chick fil I have even been. It's decorated like a Christmas movie. Definitely would check it out.
Not Chick-fil-A standard. The chicken sandwich combo#1 was not hot. No one checked on us. A lot of standing around talking. Thank goodness the fries were hot. Who ever was the manager on December 2nd at 1:30 is letting staff slack off. This used to be 5 stars. Please get back to 5 stars. Thank you.
