Craig the owner is a snot nose MFer. Enjoys long baths inside Maggio’s butthole. Beyond unsanitary and unfriendly establishment. If you like your beer with a twist of scum this is the place to go!

My husband and I went there for dinner . We usually come here once in a while. The waitress was very nice. My husband ordered meatloaf. Omg it was like eating hungry man frozen meal it was horrible. You couldn't tell me that was homemade. For 16 plus dollars. I was very upset he couldn't eat it.. now I had the fish and chips. Now that was very good.. I give a rating of 4 because the waitress was very nice. Oh and what is this extra charge If you use a card.

Staff is always friendly at Coastal Ale House! Great food, great drinks and H.H. drinks daily 4p-8p. Kurt, Brian, Shane and the entire staff always keep your drink filled and throw in a joke or two. It's a local Philadelphia Eagles bar(Dallas for Brian). And of course I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Caden. He is usually always there to play the Eagles "Fly Eagles Fly" song after each score! He gets the place rockin'. Highly recommend stopping in to grab food or drinks. Great Atmosphere and friendly place!

Having been a patron for over 15 years very disappointed over the shady billing of an additional 4% for use of a credit card without authorization or letting the customer know, also routine addition of tips to the bill. They have also jacked up the prices cut the portions just a bit shady for a long time business in our neighborhood. Very disappointed will be moving down the road.

Have been coming here since we moved to Conway. Suddenly we have to pay 4% more for using a credit card. My golf group now refuses to lunch here. Put in a take- out order based on the new cash policy. Checked the online menu to make sure I had enough cash to pick up my order. Seems as though the online menu prices are not the in- store prices. When I questioned the bill, no explanation. I guess there are no other restaurants in Conway. Will find one because I will never return to Coastal Ale House.

The food, service and atmosphere are very good, but its not disclosed to you until after you get your bill and pay with a bank card that you've just gotten charged an additional 4%. When asked about that. the bartender said most of our regulars now bring cash. Well, I have two sources of income both of which are direct deposit. To stop at an ATM costs you a fee..I've loved this place but no more...I've always understood it was not legal to chage fees on a direct bank debit card but guess I was wrong

Grabbed a quick to go order, person on the phone was extremely friendly, and the flatbread we order was delicious!!!

Used to Really like this place. Today.......no coffee or tea at lunch. Had to ask for crackers to go with my soup. Stale packaged crackers. Old cole slaw. Gave us one receipt. Didn't ask if we wanted separate. Didn't honor the Conway stamp

This is kind of tucked away and hard to locate, in the back corner what looks like an office/medical office park. For an "ale house" they did not have a great beer selection. Strong college dive bar vibe but plenty to choose from on the menu and everything we tried was pretty good. Walking distance to a couple of hotels and really the only non-fast food option we had.

Love this place! Great food and great drink prices. Highly recommend this place
