We had the most wonderful meal at Costa last night! Francheska was our waitress and did a wonderful job! Our friends shared Shrimp Diane for an appetizer….it was incredible! I could have eaten that all night! My husband had veal Saltimbocca and I had chicken saltimbocca…..best I ever had in an Italian restaurant. Their sauce is amazing. I really appreciated the fact that my meal was on a bed of spinach. My Caesar salad was perfect, great dressing. All four of us enjoyed...
My fiancé and I do not get many days without our daughter and this vacation we were able to go out to eat as a couple and we were recommended Costa by family. When we arrived we decided to sit at the bar and were met by Rebecca, one of the most personable and funny bartenders we’ve ever had. The drinks and appetizers were perfectly timed and absolutely incredible. Those who are considering going, ask for the margarita, but to top off a wonderful precursor we had the Diver Scallops...
We went to Costa for dinner last night. This place was a favorite, I’ve been many times. There were 6 of us. As we were eating, one of us bit into a screw. Management’s response….”I’m so sorry. That must have come from the fan. Let me go check and see where it came from. Would you like a free dessert? It won’t have a screw in it.”
She then took the meal off the check. That was it. Didn’t check back (or let us know it was coming off the bill) in with us...
