Excellent service. Great food !!!!

Long time customer and love your company! Sorry about your latest mishap! Don’t you just hate it when things go terribly wrong! As a former CEO, I have screwed the pooch myself! This too will pass! Learn from it, as I have had to do! Just do. It and don’t screw it up again! My best free advice! Been there and done that! People will forgive you but maybe not some of the shareholders but the loyal ones will be with you! There has only been one CEO that has never made a mistake! But they crucified him anyway! Food was delicious and did not have to wait long. Was hot and delicious. Our server Britten was sweet and attentive, we were never without anything.

Great place for breakfast. Service is always good. The management is excellent at this location and the food is always cooked right. I only go for breakfast but have never had a bad meal.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Ask for napkins and refills several times. My food had to be recooked and was brought out the exact same way the second time. Ask to speak to a manager (unknowingly I ask the “general manager” to speak to the mgr) he replied let me get you the mgr instead of addressing the horrible experience. Offered to remove our drinks from our ticket. Absolutely ridiculous! They lost a customer for sure! DO BETTER.

Stopped by Murrell's inlet location on a whim for dinner last evening. Had a great meal, very tasty, and the server, Payton was awesome, very personable and attentive.

Grits were lumpy and it took 50 minutes for 2 eggs grits and gravy also had to wait and ask for refills on coffee and tea

The food was cold and , waitress took 20 minutes to great, and another 15 minutes to take our order.

I ordered turkey with dressing, green beans & hash browns casserole. I only had a tablespoon portion of hash browns casserole,. Literally.
The dressing serving was about 5 tablespoons. Food tasted fine, just wish portion size was consistent.

I came to the cracker barrel in murrells inlet to place and order. Brenda the cashier was talking to another customer. I waited patiently until she was done Brenda turn to me and said in nasty voice YOU'RE ORDER ISN'T READY YET! I said I haven't place my order yet. She said in a nasty voice GO SEE THE WAITRESS. she never acknowledge didn't even greet me. She was very rude to me then she didn't realize I turn around quickly she can hear hand at me behind my back so she thought I didn't see her. When she realized I seen her she said I can help you I told her no thank you. I knew she was talking about me to the other customer. I've done nothing to Brenda. I really hurt.
