There was a roach in my food. And the only thing the manger could say was WELL DO YOU WANT A GIFT CERTIFICATE BECAUSE I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO THAT.

It was ok, the food was par but nothing special, actually felt as if it was on the lower end of Cracker Barrel expectations, maybe the kitchen was having an off day. We did have a larger group 6-8 and people but still my meal was cold and a little tough to eat. The staff were nice and inviting and the area was clean.

This store is so cute! The manager Gene is very nice and helpful. I love the salt and pepper shakers!! $1.50 omg!

The portions of the food wasn’t so small this time. actually, the portions are where they should be now where they have been. Very small. Clean nice hostess. Would like to see a larger cup for water or tea. The cups seem to be a little smaller. AND I HOPE BY READING THIS, YOU SEE THAT PEOPLE DO LIKE TO EAT IN AND NOT DOORDASH OR PICK UP. .VALUE ME AS A DINNER!!! Thank you

The food was on the rather cool side for majority of our group. Had the Louisiana shrimp with rice.. good taste for seasoning but the rice was over cooked n hard, shrimp was cold. Kept asking for our waitress or someone to come over to our table but couldn’t get anyone. Waitress had attitude n did not come to table for almost 20 minutes with our initial drinks. Worst service n food won’t be going back

I eat at cracker braille quite frequently.Last night was the first time I had the cheesy hash browns with the person that was with me.And both of us got sick afterwards

A group of 4 of us went for Thanksgiving dinner and all our food was luke warm. No refills, only saw our server twice. We were told he was new to his job.

Food was probably the worst we ever had here. Rice was definitely over cooked and hard. Baked potato was warm at best. Corn bread was extremely hard.
