Very nice, efficiently and effectively!

Don't bother with these guys if you're trying to make any sort of modification. They'll botch your order then insist you ordered wrong when you call them to try and get it sorted

By far the worst delivery pizza I’ve ever ordered. Ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese that was almost burnt with hardly any cheese. Has zero flavor. Tried their New York style pepperoni pizza and it was awful. Pizza Hut does a way better extra cheese pan pizza.

Ordered a pie at 2:40. I live in Garden City, 5 minutes away. Got an estimated delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Got barely warm pizza delivered at 4:15. Had to microwave my "fresh" pizza. So just be sure to order at least an hour and a half before you get hungry.

I called to order 13 large pizzas and the special they offered was a one topping pizza for $8.99. I asked how much to add two more toppings and she said $1.25 each and when she rang me up it was $$12.99 each. When I questioned why this was she responded that’s what our computer rings it up as. When I looked at them you would think three toppings would cover the pizza but there was hardly any of the three topping I ordered. In a rush I went with it. Then I’m sitting at home that same evening watching tv and a dominos commercial comes on advertising a large 3 topping pizza for $10.99. Not good business. Taking my business else where. Not to mention the manager that rang me up never even said thank you.

Clearly understaffed which we understand, so food took a crazy amount of time to be finished. Our food actually sat up top where an Employee at the register couldn’t see it for over ten minutes. But to have the Operating Partner be so rude and disrespectful to the employees is absolutely horrible. Shame on him for the way he speaks to and treats his employees—I get that it’s busy and overwhelming but that doesn’t mean you get to degrade them. It’s appalling that he’s comfortable doing that in front of customers, I’d be scared to know how he treats them behind closed doors.

If you don't have a delivery driver then don't accept delivery orders.

I ordered lunch for my two kids ( 2 and 4) and almost 30 minutes later I get a call saying they can't make the order because they don't have a a delivery driver.

This is far from the first time I've had issues with this location, which is a shame.

Until recently a different store location handled our orders. Not sure what happened but this new store is terribly under staffed, inexperienced and overall just not good.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Now I sit here with hungery kids AND am out my points I used on the order.

The kitchen is was very very dirty, the huge manager is very rude! The owners should secret shop a few times..they will be very disappointed.
