I’ve always loved Dunkin coffee but it’s getting really hard to continue to give them business. Starbucks is right next door and yes they are a little pricier but my gosh they are so much more pleasant!! We have family that want both (Starbucks and Dunkin) and pulling from one drive thru to the other is like night and day. Every single time. It’s not just a one off experience. Dunkin is rude and Starbucks is friendly. Simple as that. I’ll pay a little more for a pleasant experience every time. At Dunkin you just feel like you’re a bother at the drive thru. So sorry you have to do your job. No thanks. Not worth it.

I honestly am tired of having to ask for a full cup of coffee when I order a macchiato!! Today was the last time, I received a cup with less than a small cup in a medium order.. I'm certainly thankful that they don't do safety repairs to your vehicle or something important! The workforce is getting pathetic and don't understand what it means to be in customer service anymore! I'll go 100 yards in the other direction to starbucks where they at least fill your cup according to what you order! DUNKIN--- DO BETTER AT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES!! you can feel the weight of liquid or the lack of in the cup! It's truly not rocket science. Sorry but you must do better or your customer list will Def go down.

my boyfriend and i went in and there was no one there or in the drive thru. we ordered two coffees and they messed both of them up! how hard is it to put splenda in the coffee the way we ordered it?? and they didn’t put the hazelnut in his on top of it. ridiculous.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for 2 coffees. The car in front of us left before they even got their order because they were tired of waiting.
Nice new Dunkin building. Cold maple bacon, didn’t follow my online order, small things are always a missed and order is rarely right anymore. Did well in the beginning but slowly becoming mediocre.
