Walked in at 10:45 not early in the morning at all, Watched the people in front of me pay cash and then immediately got hit with attitude at the counter then placed my order of two sandwiches and the new cookie whatever coffee then got told they could not take my $50 bill as payment for my food which was $20, which means they are trying to tell me they don’t have $30 in the droor or in the safe. Extremely disrespectful horrible service would not recommend. Luckily another customer stood up as I was walking out and paid the bill for me. But the fact the employees let that happen instead of doing what’s right is sickening. They didn’t have any appreciation to the guy who paid either. Horrible employees every single one was giving me dirty looks. I asked another employee who handed me the food if they don’t keep $30 in the droor even tho I watched other people pay cash (more then $30) her response was that she was confused and they must have a policy and she wasn’t aware and it didn’t even make sense what she was saying she just kept saying yeahhh nervously. didn’t feel comfortable to even eat my food in there at that point.

This Dunkin location is OUTSTANDING! Besides being convenient, the building is very clean and the drinks and food are always delicious and fresh. Stacy the manager and the staff are incredibly kind and customer service is always above and beyond. The donut decorations for Holidays are so creative and cute!! Thank you crew!!

I bought two bagels with butter on the side, they were the hardest most disgusting rubbery bagel I EVER eaten, the butter on the side was completely liquified/melted. Worst bagels; I will never waste my money here again, I’d rather try to make them at home.

Don’t bother going here if your kids like chocolate frosted donuts! I am giving up on this place FOREVER after the fourth, fifth time of running over here to grab a quick breakfast for my kids and finding they are completely out of glazed and chocolate donuts! maybe if you wanted one cruller and, like, two weird blue cookie monster donuts you would be fine. but by 9am they are consistently sold out of chocolate and glazed donuts and when i asked they told me they do another bake around 12:30…. cool, because i really want a donut for lunch. went to krispy kreme down the street instead where i have NEVER run into this problem, even when it’s packed in the summer with tourists—and the donuts are better anyways. was excited for this location since it’s super convenient to my house but not going to waste my time anymore.

The employees there are fantastic, very friendly and professional. There are issues with food, drinks, etc consistently being out of stock. By noon almost all donuts gone for the day and whenever I am there early in the day, the staff is telling customers a long list of what they are out of. Manager needs to pay attention to ordering.
