This Dunkin is a mile from my house and on my way to work. I've given them SO MANY CHANCES. Horrible. I always order ahead mobile so they have my order in writing. Always a wait. ALWAYS wrong. Like every.single.time. Always terrible attitude when you try to get what you actually ordered. Drinks never made consistently. Food burnt or ice cold or mushed in the bag. When I contacted corporate they had the manager of the location in Garden City call me to apologize and she said that store is so terrible they have her trying to do damage control when they get complaints. I hope they close and turn this spot into a jiffy lube.

I just went to this new location and the manger was so nice I ordered for 6 breakfast meals it was fresh and delicious our breakfast.

Do not, and I mean do not, ever go to this Dunkin. Went through the drive through and was told it would be a second, waited for 7 minutes and no one took our order. We drove past the window and the girl hollered at us to drive back around because she was too busy to take our order. We will never come back and we hope this location closes down. We have been going here for several days now. It just gets consistently worse every time.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin' Donuts recently that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service that instantly set a positive tone. The place was clean, inviting, and smelled like fresh coffee heaven.
I ordered one of their delicious cold brews (seriously, their flavor options are out of this world!) The coffee was brewed perfectly — smooth, bold, and energizing. You could tell everything was fresh and made with care.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were quick, efficient, and genuinely kind. They made sure my order was just right and even took a moment to recommend a few new seasonal flavors for next time — little touches that made the visit feel personal and memorable.

This used to be my favorite dunkin and went very frequently but it’s now the worst one in the city. Last handful of times I went my drink was really gross and not made correctly. I keep being given light ice despite not asking for that so all the ratios are off and filled to the brim with milk. It’s disgusting. And my milk curdled on the top the other day so that was very off putting. I rarely go to this one because of these issues but after this last time I will never go back cause I hate paying $6 for a cup of milk and 3 ice cubes and syrups sitting on the bottom of the cup. Just not worth it anymore. Sad to see this one go downhill cause I now go to a franchised location that’s way more expensive cause they pretty much always get it right and the few times they didn’t they had no problem fixing it. Wish that your employees were taught to follow recipes, not everyone hates the taste of coffee and can’t comprehend how ice works
