Everything was great, but I watched the lady make my sandwich and other people’s with no gloves or utensils, just fingered the meat, egg, and cheese onto the croissant with bear hands…. Everyone working in food service should be wearing gloves 🤷🏼♀️ definitely gave me the ick and won’t be coming to this location again. As someone that works in healthcare; working with food and having no gloves on is unacceptable 🤮

Employee in drive thru was extremely rude. We were trying to understand what they were saying to us and they couldn't understand that we only heard part of what they were saying because they started speaking before we could roll the windows down.
After we got to the window they were extremely rude and unhelpful.

I’ve come to this place for well over 10 years. One of my favorite places. I work locally so it is convenient, and I love the sugar free iced coffee. Not today. My husband and I can’t inside for a brunch break after shopping. Placed our order at the counter with “ Stephanie” who made zero eye contact, acted very annoyed that we couldn’t decide, pounded out our order and went off. I, we, were VERY CLEAR!! Sour dough breakfast Sammie, snackin bacon, sweet pepper croissant, small black hot coffee, small sugar free iced vanilla with cream and sweet and low. Got our order and sat down. We thought she forgot the iced coffee, so ba k to the counter I went. Also had the croissant Sammie, that without exaggeration was CHARCOAL BLACK ON ALL EDGES. I held it out to show her, and before I could say a word, she said, “ I can’t help it that’s how the machine makes them!” She went on to say she was busy and had no more croissants. I said ok we’ll do it on a bagel. At this point she actually shouted at me< “ You do see that I’m busy? Right? You see that??” Oh hell no. I’m a very kind patient person. There were two people behind me. I told her to please take care of them. I could wait. When I asked about my iced coffee, again, she literally shouted again. “ I gave you what you ordered!” Now, if she didn’t hear our order for the iced coffee, that was no issue.She was so flustered and angry, I suggested she needed a Xanax. At that point, she said I was disrespectful to her because she’s “ a recovering addicted”. Did I need to know that? She said for us to leave because we disrespect her. I honestly think she’s got way bigger issues. Poor girl. She went to the back and called her boss ABSOLUTELY LIED, saying we were yelling and causing a problem. All the while trying to discuss her issue with the guest behind me?? Mercy. I tried to tell her it wasn’t a big deal, and she shouted louder~ “ Stop talking g I’m not listening you disrespected me!! What a show. At this point T my husband stepped up and told her not to talk to me that way. This man had the patience of Jobe. If he steps up there’s an issue. THEN, her 26 year old sister, working behind the counter, told us to get out. Her boss told her to give us our money back. She did. I go thru that drive in every morning. The girls work g are a class act. Kind, funny, friendly. The day manager is one of the hardest working women I have ever seen In all the years I’ve been going there, NEVER have I seen such out of control behavior. If this young woman is a manager? Clearly someone has not met her authentic self. I asked about cameras. Indeed I hope they picked up her shouting and vitriol. All she had to do was say, “ I’m sorry, I’ll replaced your burned sandwich. My husband even tried to speak to her and she again shouted at him. Whatever is wrong with her had nothing to do with DD and everything to do with her. If you’re going to go to this DD, go in the morning when the crew is very busy, bit oh so welcoming. Steer clear of Stephanie’s shift. And if she reads this? We are praying for you. Because whatever is wrong with her is no small thing. 🙏🏻🥺

Im not sure what has happened with this dunkin, they used be amazing and on top of it. Now I normally give multiple chances before I do a Google review because everyone uses it as a threat now a days....but there has been so many fails. I always order online, my bacon avocado toast is always somehow done before my drink, which cause my toast to be cold and soggy before I can eat. They also have a whollllleee online order spot where they can place the orders but instead you have to ask the employees, who seem to purposefully avoid eye contact to not answer your questions. Even ordering in person the food is done before the drink and the drink takes forever to get made, which makes no sense at all.

This Dunkin is a mile from my house and on my way to work. I've given them SO MANY CHANCES. Horrible. I always order ahead mobile so they have my order in writing. Always a wait. ALWAYS wrong. Like every.single.time. Always terrible attitude when you try to get what you actually ordered. Drinks never made consistently. Food burnt or ice cold or mushed in the bag. When I contacted corporate they had the manager of the location in Garden City call me to apologize and she said that store is so terrible they have her trying to do damage control when they get complaints. I hope they close and turn this spot into a jiffy lube.
