“Awesome food. Kris was awesome and made our food. We got a lobster roll, shrimp roll, and the menu item is called free bird, but instead of chicken I got shrimp. Gonna call this one free shrimp. It had buffalo shrimp, avocado, bacon bits, and that Pico was amazing. Yall definitely need to check this food truck out. We'll worth the price.“

“Just left a food truck gathering where we had the best experience with Nola’s Stuffed sno-balls! I had a supremely sub-par experience at another vendor and was discussing it with my wife after her purchase of these decadent fried apple beignet (that were amazing btw) and gave me a free pretzel to try and turn my experience around. Let me tell you that was the best soft pretzel I’ve had in my life, tender on the inside, crispy and salty exterior with the perfect buttery bottom! It was so good I had to stop back and pay for it as it was just too good to be free! I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats and food!“
