“I was not intending to eat anything. I was just accompanying my husband. After seeing the menu and talking to Stephanie I decided to order a Lobster Roll. I have to say that I am very impressed with the flavor, texture and all of the above. It comes on a toasted bun with a little mayo. Melted butter on the side. Drizzling the butter on top made it even better. It comes with a bag of chips.
Now I know why my husband follows her food truck calendar. It really was tasty and I have said for years that I don’t care for lobster. LOBSTER DOGS has changed my mind. I will be watching their food truck calendar stops from now on.
