We came in knowing that the burgers were incredible. Very well seasoned and perfectly charred. So we had hoped that the ribs, their more famous item, would be even better! Unfortunately, the first order we had was dry and quite small. We both had a half rack of ribs and were still hungry by the time we were done. There was hardly any sauce and they felt like they had been sitting out for a while. We ended up ordering another half rack to tide us over and the second one came out...
Let me tell you how awesome these folks are. I was in town for work and had dinner there like I typically do, but I left my card there on accident. I called and within 5 minutes they had my card in an envelope mailing it back to my house. Perfect locals joint with great food and even better people!
