We visit yearly and the food is always top notch. So disappointed this time. The fish was overcooked and heavily seasoned, so salty. My beet salad was amazing. The service is always good and we love the ambiance. It's just unfortunate when you have a larger party and majority of table has complaints about the food. First time, hopefully the last time.

Our waiter, whose name I believe was either Bradley or Brady or Brad was flat and not particularly welcoming. We were a table of two. Our waiter had two adjacent tables, each of four persons and seemed a little more friendly and welcoming to those individuals. The service he provided was just OK. The food was outstanding as usual. We had been there three days prior and had Jamie as our waiter who was outstanding. I can't say enough, good things about him. We like many people come to the area for vacation once and sometimes twice a year. We always try to enjoy the Hot Fish Club and will definitely be be back.

One of my favorite places to eat. And again I had another great meal and service. Bradley our waiter was great. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Loved everything about it! Will be back again! And again!

We love this restaurant. We had the oysters Rockefeller (delicious), the shrimp and grits appetizer and meal, the cobia sandwich and the filets. Our service was great. The fish and the grits were a little overcooked. We will make sure to mention how we like it cooked next time we go there.

Food was wonderful had the grouper. Also had oyster on the half self. Service was fine nothing special. But going to Franks the night before was a hard act to follow.

Musty odor upon entering. Menu too large for dining room size. While my grouper was tasty although overcooked , the risotto was grossly overcooked and too cheesy with no taste or evidence of lobster. The beurre blanc was a watery jus. My companions enjoyed their generous fried shrimp portions as did the fish and chips. My suggestion is to stick with the basics for an enjoyable meal. Service was mediocre at best and the runner delivering our meals with the backwards ball cap, strings hanging from his shorts was unprofessional.

My waiter Jamie was awesome! I had the Cobia Fish. It was the worst fish in a long time. Way over cooked and tough. I would rather have had Gordons from the freezer case and saved $30.
