“Tonight was my second visit to this lovely local gem! I brought my Mother in, who is visiting me for her 84th Birthday. This is her 4th Birthday spent in the Inlet, & her 1st time dining with y’all. My Son also joined us. We three have all worked in fine dining through the years, traveled extensively, and consider ourselves in our own rite, restaurant critiques! We may be over shooting, but we also like to think we are hard pressed to order food out that is better than we can prepare ourselves. Honestly, Most dining experiences are largely disappointing! You, my new favorite folks..broke the mold! We were seated at the bar (at our request,) & “Mare,” our barkeep was happy to allow my Mom a few samplings of the wine to find just the perfect accompaniment to her meal. She’s kinda’ picky with her wine, and Mare was a jewel..THANK YOU for that my Dear. She was kind & most accommodating! Who needs a table anyway? Haha! We ordered cocktails, and the Caprese Salad appetizer! Simply the most impressive Caprese I’ve ever seen or eaten! This tomatoes were as big as my hand!!! Red, ripe & delicious! So impressive! Thank you AGAIN! We ordered 3 Entrees, one of which was a daily feature. Salads served first..to die for creamy Italian Dressing, made in house! Each Dinner was beautifully presented, with a giant stainless bowl of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese to spread over top! Now THAT’s how it’s done! They were all melt in your mouth amazing, and the portions were huge! And that bread, with the garlic..come on now 🤌🏼 The best! Seriously blown away! We were too stuffed for dessert, however the hardworking and efficient barback (Vinnie i think) offered and we simply couldn’t say no! He was such a great kid! We ordered a Tiramisu to go! Overall just the most pleasant dining experience in yearssss! FOR REAL! THANK YOU again..to you all! The Owner, who is always present and making sure things run smoothly, and her lovely staff! Y’all are the BEST! Made my Mothers 84th one to remember! She says she wants to go back before she leaves..see ya’ soon!“

“We're on vacation from out of town and stopped here on our way to Brookgreen Gardens. I was surprised how fantastic the pizza and service were! The lady there was super sweet to our kids and they were thrilled with the food! A truly great spot and a perfect hidden gem.“

“We have been there a couple of times and really enjoyed ourselves. We love the atmosphere there. The food and service is very good. If you like karaoke, this is a great place to do it. Early in the evening even kids can get up and sing. It is considered a bar though. The DJ Ray is great and the sound system is great too. We are definitely going back!“

For the past few years, we go back to MD to see my family and eat at Pappas for his birthday this time every year. We couldn't make it this year, so this was the time to try Casa Mia's. Will, you were absolutely right...so much better than Pappas and thankfully closer ta boot. Crab cake dinner with cream of crab soup on the side was PERFECT!! I've tried other places around in the Grand Strand area, and nothing comes even the slightest bit close to a REAL Maryland crab cake like what you have at Casa Mia's. “We have been enjoying your restaurant for many years,but last night was the first time we were disappointed. We brought a couple with us for their first time there.We had been praising everything about it but last night we ordered off the regular menu,not the early bird specials and the portions were smaller than what we had on the early bird specials! It was excellent as always,but we were still hungry when we left. We’re not huge eaters and usually have leftovers!“

“Malibu was the first Italian restaurant we went to when we moved to Myrtle Beach. We loved it then and still do. However, on our recent visit, another couple joined us. We discovered they don’t do separate checks. They explained, but for 4 people adding up the bill isn’t hard. Most restaurants will do separate checks. The other thing I noticed, they’re portions have gotten smaller. The first time I had Mama’s sauce I could barely finish it. Not this time. Significantly smaller. I hope they change their portions.“

“We had a fantastic dinner on a Monday evening. Not a lot of places are open on Monday In Pawleys Island. We had the Cesar salad and the house with the Gorgonzola dressing 😋. Then we had the meatball appetizer, the Chicken Piccata and the Chicken with the pepperonci’s and sausage (can’t recall the name). Perfect amount of spice. Each chicken dish was over linguine with 2 pieces of pounded chicken. The chicken was not overcooked. Every entree comes with either their tomato basil soup or one of the salads and bread with oil. Portions were generous, we took a little of everything home. I saw some people complaining about prices and potions but I disagree. Most dishes about $30 that includes the soup or salad and bread but anything with seafood or veal or steak of course more. I’d definitely go back the next visit and I encourage you try it.“

“It's very tiny and there are perhaps only four tables. Right now the pizza ovens are being installed and soon he'll be rolling out pizza. All his other dishes are very tasty and well priced. There is the nicest lady who has a shining personality.“
