Went in this morning for only the second time since living here and I have to say I was very disappointed. They hardly had any doughnuts and most of the shelves were empty. Being only the second time don’t feel like I will waste my time going again. For those who want a selection I would suggest going to Dunkin just down the street. Service is better and more of a selection.

Went in because we had a birthday free three donut reward on the app because of the birthday reward. Told the lady at the register and she told us it wouldn’t work because she scanned the donuts as a six pack and if we told her sooner it would’ve have been a problem. We had no idea that this was such a big deal. She finally put eh donuts in so we could use the reward and then continued to tell us it wouldn’t work. Ended up just paying the regular price because she was being rude about it and didn’t have a patient with us. Of course the donuts are yummy, but I was hoping for some better customer service especially because it was my fiancée’s birthday. Didn’t even get to use the birthday reward.

We ordered online and picked up early. We were trying to get the Harry Potter specialty donuts. They apparently went fast because they were sold out when we picked up our order. All their great donuts with Harry Potter tops added. There were also specialty donuts that came boxed by themselves. They were filled with random colors associated with the different houses of Hogwarts School. I’m not a Harry Potter fan and don’t even know the houses. These specialties were fun to try. Great collaboration between Krispy Kreme and Harry Potter.

When we walk in the line is usually long. This time is wasn't. I was able to place my order quickly and we usually order just the glaze but I tried 2 other flavors. Oh are they ever good
